My wife absolutely loved the customer service and care this company provided for our SUV. They were able to fix an issue that was caused from a previous mechanic in a matter of 3 days. They communicated very well throughout this process. We definitely reconnected this auto shop to any in need of services and especially if you have a warranty on your vehicle!

Repaired my tire for a great price and everything was perfect. I asked if I should get new tires for about 100+ more, and they were very honest and told me my tires were otherwise in great shape, and I only needed to patch one of them up due to a puncture.

Terrible service, I took my truck in on Tuesday and they have had it for 5 days because they have had 40 cars in shop. No calls. No updates. They really are terrible now. Do not take your call there.
Really really bad.they use to get good.

Ana tire and automotive was great. The customer service was good, the mechanic that looked my vehicle informed me about more of the issues that i had with my vehicle that other mechanics didn’t. Im very thankful for that

This was my first visit to AnA, and it was a great experience. I had a slow leak in my front passenger tire on my 2021 Honda Civic. They quickly found the leak and plugged it, and at a reasonable cost. The waiting area is clean, and they have coffee!
