Please stop giving your goods to this people to ship for you from Nigeria to Houston, they promised 10 business days but that's a lie, it is my third of not receiving my items in 15 business days. And they like proper communication. The Houston office doesn't pick call and will not reply your message and last foods got spoiled before receiving it. And it been almost a month again that I have not received the one I drop with them last month and am sure my food will get spoiled again this time around, so don't do business with them they promised what they can't deliver

AMGRAY LOGISTICS LLC IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL LOGISTIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .
This is our first time of shipping with Amgray logistics from Nigeria to U.S.A (AMG046 . 1 package. AMG063 9 PACKAGES)
While we were packing and weighing the items at their Simbiat Abiola office we overhead an Elderly Woman woman insisting her package should be sealed and ensured it gets delivered. We kind of brushed it aside and went to ship 10 Packages in total within a week.
These packages were delayed, The Packages seal were broken etc .Upon my packages' arrival at office in Houston the staffs or Management did not notify me of the arrival of the packages .When I visited their office , the customer services I received was extremely poor . The "we do not care and indifference attitude " was just too bad.
I told them my packages were not complete, I shipped 10 packages, they argued it was 9 packages and that the 10th package was repackaged to fit into the 9th package. I have to send a paid representaive to their office in lagos. I Made multiple international phone calls to speak with their Accountant , office manage etc. I have also done video conference call and search of their warehouse. It was confirmed the lost package AMG046 was actually listed in the Shipping & delivery Manifest delivered to Houston office .Yet they were pushing me back and fort. Till date the package has not being seen and nobody is speaking
This package was shipped on the 13th of June 2024. It is over 30 days, we have not received personal and business package we sent through this dubious company .

The CEO of this company lacks respect and customers services, I wonder how she will control the workers even if she herself lacks customer service and good communication skills. Very rude lady. I advice you all to go check another shipping company out... there package will come late and still disrespect you.

I moved to Houston 5years ago and have been shipping with Amgray for the past 4years. Aside from one December shipment that was delayed about 3years ago, I have not had any issues with my shipments. Do they need to work on their customer service, absolutely! Do most of us need to work on how we speak to service providers, absolutely! It goes both ways.

what a sad experience my sister had here.Our goods was sent in from Nigeria to be delivered 2 weeks for our 40th ,dis company never delivered after 7 weeks.3 days to the party.when asked ,what was the cause of the delay.The owner (Miss Maltida )specifically assaulted us,and didn't take responsibility for the delay.On the day the goods arrive, she still charge my sister an extra 250 dollars,calling the load ,express delivery.My sister had to pay cause this company was like the devil the enemy wanted to use .If the owner deny it.i have 3 videos on record showing her assault and rude response to us.i do not recommend this place.cos d owner is a lair.cheat and not professional at all.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Amgray Logistics that I feel compelled to share. The customer service was disappointing, and the shipment was delayed significantly. I was expecting clear communication regarding my shipment's status, but Amgray's logistics team, especially Matilda, left much to be desired.
First, Amgray Logistics failed to provide a definitive timeline for when my goods would be shipped and delivered. I contacted them multiple times to get an update, but the responses I received were vague and inconsistent. This lack of coordination made it difficult for me to plan around my shipment's arrival, causing considerable inconvenience.
To make matters worse, my interactions with Matilda, a representative at Amgray Logistics, were unpleasant. She was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about the delay. Rather than addressing my questions and providing helpful information, she seemed more interested in shoutng me down. Screaming atbthe top of her voice to prevent me from asking questions. This level of customer service is unacceptable and made an already frustrating experience even more challenging.
Given the poor communication, delayed shipments, and unprofessional customer service, I cannot recommend Amgray Logistics to anyone needing reliable shipping services from Nigeria. If you value timely delivery and respectful customer support, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your logistics needs. I certainly will.

One of the most unethical African own business in Houston . It’s like rudeness and arrogance is their watch words. No accountability, no customer support, lack of communication, disorganized staff and most sadly rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional. Don’t be deceived by the stars reviews . Most are from staffs, friends and family who barely use their service . The owner is at the top of the rudeness . You could see from the way she’s responding to reviews . Instead of taking responsibility and working on how to be better . Shes here arguing and trying to justify her worse deed . Package expect to receive in 7 days as turn 20 days still counting . I called but no reasonable reason for the delay or a way forward . Doing business with Amgray is a regret .

I’m not surprised by the workers rude and disrespectful attitude . It’s same as their owner, she lack courtesy and work ethic . After failing to meet up with the delivery time , went there to ask for more information and all I got was an insulting response as if I was begging for service that I’ve paid for . I’ll advise anyone sending goods from Nigeria to think twice before seeking for a gray service . Regardless the cost , others service fast and reliable.

The experience with amgray is not suitable...
Needed an express shipment and Was billed almost 300 USD only to be disappointed and be told by DHL d package came in without commercial invoice needed for custom clearance and there hasn't been any positive response from amgray's representative to me or to dhl
