Once again, our bi-weekly scheduled delivery did not show up today, and we will not make it through the long weekend without that delivery. Now I have to spend 30min on the phone to speak to someone who has absolutely no authority to make sure the delivery takes place and just hope that we get propane before the weekend. This happens to us at least 5-6 times per year.

I don't know what happened to this company. We were on the phone with their telephone people for over 1 hourand could never even place our order. I tried different offices and the same problem. No one can speak good English. My gage has been stuck on 35 percent for more than 3 weeks. We just the the cold front pass thru Hempstead.We have no choice but to keep trying as their offices do not take walk in's any longer.

The machines in two separate occasions and locations swindled me our of a full tank. When it opened it was used gas cylinder. It's impossible to get through to any one on their "24 hr emergency number"

Misapplied funds to someone else's account and still, after two weeks, have not fixed the account and delivered propane. Not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. Terrible customer service, leave you on hold for 30-60 minutes, then do not help you when they decide to answer the phone.

Terrible company all around. Waited a couple months to get my gas take filled. Called someone out because I had smelled gas and they charged me $180 to come out and check and they said there was nothing wrong. Come to find out after I hired another company to check, my stove had an issue. Red tagged. Called them back and they said they would reimburse me and they will get in touch with me at a later date. Then I get one paper bill sent to collections! I didn't even receive a call or any contact before the collection bill. I told them months ago to pick up their tank and it's still in my back yard. Wish I can charge them for taking up my yard space.

Worst customer service! They took my money, and now it has been 2 weeks...still no delivery! They said I was on the schedule today....still no delivery. I am cutting ties with this company. Don’t do business here!

AmeriGas is miserably bad. Like, that kind of bad that you have to actively try to kiss your customers off. 4 times in a row they’ve screwed up our delivery. We have a gate we need to leave open, so then the dogs must stay inside as to not run out, and then delivery never shows up. You call, and they’re useless about helping.But then, you finally get propane, and forget for another 6-8 months.... until you need propane and don’t have the time to shop around. I think this is how AmeriGas retains the clients they do have. Go else where for gas.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I’ve ever ordered, as long as you order my Wednesday 3:00 pm you’d be put on the schedule for delivery Thursday in my area. Ordered this time paying over $300 I get notified it would be delivered until 2 weeks when we are at 25 percent in the tank. I call and speak to a rep and she says I can pay $300 to expedite it but couldn’t even give me a time frame for that. So I said I’d wait a few days. A week later still no answers on hold for an hour and 35 minutes. This business does not care if your now at 10 percent in your tank with 3 small kids in the house that need heat and hot water during this cold front we just got.

Just experiencing the worst service with the company, it seems that nobody cares they just have you bouncing around from person to person!!!!! Bad business
