My stay at Americas Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites was wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, always available to help with any questions I had. The location was convenient and close to local attractions, which made exploring easy. Great value for the price—I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly option!

I spent one night there, clean, safe, close to local shops, the receptionist Irene is extremely helpful, always willing to solve the guest's needs. Coming to Houston with the family, I'll go back there.
Rooms: Simple, clean rooms, freezing and functional air conditioning, no breakfast but it doesn't affect the value for money of staying at this hotel. Hotel close to local and varied shops.
Nearby activities: Close to Walmart Bestby, Wataburguer, Ross, Marshals, Five and below, Wendies, Dollartree, Academia Statbucks, Tacobell.

Noteworthy details: The receptionist Irene is very helpful.

Clean, organized hotel, calm environment, close to the main Best Buy stores, Walmart, Ross, Marshals, Dollar Three, etc... I was attended to by Irene, very polite and attentive.

This hotel is top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful while accommodating you during your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with updated furnishings after a recent renovation. Being budget friendly, and in close proximity to multiple restaurants and gas stations, it really makes for a convenient stay. I would 10 out of 10, recommend America's Best Value Platinum Inn & Suites to anyone traveling to the Houston area. Ask for the hotel manager, Adrian, the nicest guy you'll ever meet, ready to go above and beyond to tailor your experience. Must see for yourself!
Rooms: The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Very clean with big flat screen TV's.
Walkability: Nestled alongside Houston's North Freeway, it is within walking distance to a variety of shopping options, including but not limited to, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants.
Noteworthy details: Besides the property itself, the staff members are what brings this location to an all around positive experience for every guest.

My husband and I were in town on business a little longer than expected so we decided to grab a room around 8pm. The lady at the desk was friendly, accommodating, and informative. The 1st room we got in was very clean but the AC wasn't blowing it's best. My husband (of 23 yrs) was tired, hungry, hot, and not the most patient or friendliest at that moment but the front desk lady and a young man, IMMEDIATELY, came upstairs, changed our room, and then changed it AGAIN because the young man mentioned a room that would cool off quickly. I paid $75 for our room and typically "you get what you pay for" but we received so much more. I would and will absolutely stay here again.
