I highly recommend this store for assistance with eye care. Ms. Samantha, general manager, is always polite and professional when addressing your needs. The doctor at this location is also polite, and very attentive to detail when fitting you for glasses/lenses. I went to this store after having a horrific experience at the Katy location. The general manager was very unprofessional and rude. He threw a box of contact lenses at me and told me I could take them even though they weren’t even my prescription. He yelled at me in front of my kid and refused to process my order for the correct lenses.

Samantha was so sweet and patient. Love love love her energy and her customer service skills. You don’t find people often like Samantha. Keep up the good work. The whole staff from the front desk to the doctors are amazing here.

This America’s Best location provided me with the BEST costumer service, with every employee that played a part in my appointment. The prices were affordable all the way around! Last but not least, AWESOME management skills shined through Mrs Samantha.
Needless to say, it was a very good experience at this location.

Great service! Onboarding was quick and easy. The techs were super friendly and knowledgeable. The physician was professional and gave me good education on contacts! Sales rep for glasses gave me awesome discounts for the amount I was ordering. 10/10 would use again.

I have had great success with getting my glasses amid eye exam. However, i was not to pleased recently. I went in to get my glasses fixed because a screw had come out and the lady told me it was time for mew glasses. Not knowing I had just gotten those
3 months prior until she looked at my file and I called her out on it. I was very uncomfortable after that it made me feel like some car salesman trying to get over on me. ?

Friendly service, but once I pick up my glasses I’m never returning to this location for myself again. I don’t ever wear my glasses and I’ve been to a few times to different optometrists in the past to get glasses and exams, but this was the most rushed exam I’ve ever received. I may be terrible at wearing my glasses, but I am not a stranger to customer service. If you have insurance do not use it here and just self pay. You are not told prior to exam services how much the lenses will cost with insurance only that your exam is $35 and frames are free and lenses are extra ( but no price ranges). If I was informed that it would be more than paying out of pocket I wouldn’t have went the insurance route. I would have received 2 pairs of glasses for cheaper than going through my insurance. If you go through insurance I’d reccomend that you go through Sam’s club or Costco Optical solutions. As they have reasonable prices with insurance and tell you the cost of everything before you go through the exam. I spent $135 for one pair of glasses here with my insurance when the cheaper 2 for $80 would’ve sufficed. Sam’s club is super transparent and even with scratch resistant lenses my coworker with the same problems as me and the same coverage paid $80 at Sam’s club. She also had the extra images taken of her retinas that I got here. The instrument that was used to take my retina images was sanitized where I put my forehead and chin, but not the actual camera (it was dusty). I came here thinking they were known for reasonable pricing and I feel as if I was scammed a bit. This is a great solution for people who do not have insurance. If I come back I will not use my optical insurance. They were very kind, but this is not the place to use your optical insurance at.

I came over for an appointment to practice putting my contacts, the lady assistant was very patient with me while I was struggling to put on my contacts. She suggested different techniques on how to put on and take off my contacts, and what to do and not to do with them. Side note: the contacts costed around $129(along with an eyeglasses prescription). Hello, that is freaking awesome!
