John and Dezirae were the best in customer service they were so attentive and willing to help when we needed an immediate fix for some broken glasses. I most definitely will be coming back and you can thank them for that.

Desirae, Toni, Alyssa were simply exceptional! Patient, courteous, knowledgeable, cheerful and over the moon. I went in for glasses never thought for years I will be in position to get contacts and came back a 1 week later and walked out with contacts. Extremely grateful lucky to have DEzirae and the doctor teach me the technique, etc
Management, must increase Desirae pay and she should be at the fore-front of leading training nationally!! Thank you all

In the last year, I’ve had issues with the designer brand frames not being adjustable to my smaller face. Two different times I’ve dropped in without an appointment and had immediate, pleasant, informative service from the women there. Their expertise in the process and recommendation of the new frames I was able to order without charge on the warranty was extremely valuable. My favorite place for glasses. They make it right!

I’ve been with America’s best contacts for 21 years. Started at the location in randalstown Maryland in 2003. With the said this hands down the worst location ever:
-you will wait for an hour or longer, even if you are the only customer there
-they will LIE to you
Black lady with glasses and jacked up teeth told me they’re returning high end glasses because they don’t want to mess with em. “If we send them they’ll return em”. I told her o got some Prada glasses done last year, so when did this start? She told me last year, but she started in April and wasn’t sure if they were returning high end frames before she got there. So she’s been there for 3 months but said they’ve been returning high end nd glasses for the past year?!?! How do you know? So I’m challenging everything she’s saying because it’s not making sense, she then tells me that they’re not even going to send the frames to the lab?!?! Huh?? You really switched your story up 3 times. At that point I knew she didn’t want to help me so I called the silber location. They debunked everything that black lady with glasses and the jacked up teeth said and took my frames. The general manager at the location needed to SEE my frames to determine if they could help. Once she saw em, she was like “oh yeah! These are nice frames. But if they break we can only give you a $50 credit. Cool! I understand the risk. No problem.
The black lady with glasses and the jacked up teeth DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY FRAMES. She just wanted me out of there with her lying ahh. Mind you, I was at this same location 3 days prior and they would’ve taken my frames to add prescription but I didn’t have time to wait.
So to the black lady with glasses and the jacked up teeth, what changed in 3 days other than your poor customer service and your reason to lie?
I hate I live close to this location. Imagine having to go to the same restaurant at a further location, because the one close to you won’t do their job. That’s what’s frustrating about this.

I came to America’s best undecided on what I needed for glasses as I haven’t had an exam in a very long time and Dezirae G was absolutely amazing. She was so thorough so helpful so kind. I got my eye exam done and ended up leaving with two pair of glasses and contacts america’s best on north Shepard is the best thank you Dezirae G

I had went to this location and I had one of the best experience I ever had ,dezirae and Deja was wonderfully helpful,made me laugh and feel comfortable and they help me with my option and what sued me better
