My fiance, David, and I had an appointment for his tux fitting that we were over half an hour late to, because America's Best was running late by an hour -- even though we were early. Their lateness affected me, too, the Bride! I assure you this is not "America's Best" but America's Wal-mart quality. No wonder they are next to one.

NOLA AND IKERA HELPED ME PICKING OUT MY NEW GLASSES THEY WHERE TERRIFIC VERY HELPFULL VER KNOLEDGABLE ABOUT ALL THE DIFFERNT TYPES OF LENSES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS BECAUSE OF EMPLOYES LIKE THIS IS WHY THIS IS MY 3RD TIME GETTING GLASSES AT THIS LOCATION, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS AND AMERICAS BEST!!!..............so after this review 2 months have past the glasses I received the lab actually got the prescription wrong on both pair of glasses it took two returns to get one pair correct it took 3 returns to get the second pair correct the lab they get the glasses from was not good , but..... I've read othere reviews and see issues with a manager I have to say there was a manager that was real quick to say just give him back his money (with attitude) I said hang on there I'm not mad I'm not complaining I just want my glasses right now a true measure of good customer service is how a employee handles a problem once again IKERA stuck with me and finally the lab got both pair of glasses right A+ for IKERA ,S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , F-- FOR THAT FEMALE MANAGER WHO WAS REAL QUICK TO SAY JUST GIVE HIM BACK HIS MONEY , IM THINKING A $900 REFUND WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN GOOD NEWS FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK IKERA , FEMALE MANAGER NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love this store. They are very helpful. Would recommend this store to others. Great staff as well and very professional. They were able to help me right away and answered all the questions i had and they helped me very efficiently .

Came here due to availability and costs… don’t be fooled. Nothing is included in exam price. Tryna charge me $300+ and the doctor didn’t even bother going over her results with me. I had to go over my own prescription and then come back and demand for the doctor to tell me her findings. They just take your money and send you out the door.
Update: They didn’t even bother to reach out to me when my order came in… I guess I don’t fit the clientele.

It's alright but they should dilate the eye..
Also measure your face before they make glasses Kathy eye doctor was great .....others not as good whatever happened to measuring your face for glasses..whatever happened to dilating your eyes? ? Anyhow we appreciate you getting us in early

So I decided to try America's best because I needed some glasses my prescription is a bit complicated and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable even more great, is the eyeglass staff and everybody was super nice my technician was knowledgeable and did not apply pressuring sales tactics on me he only gave me what I needed and I got a great deal Three pairs of glasses today that's glasses for the new deal they have and a third pair using my old frames that I bought elsewhere. I am so glad that they are kind and knowledgeable and have a great selection they are also handicap friendly! If you need glasses go here you'll get a great deal for less than 200 bucks for multiple glasses it's just an incredible place to get good value and get knowledgeable and friendly people to help you I went there today and I am extremely satisfied

I came here for an eye appt. on Saturday. It was easy to check in online. So when I arrived, I was greeted and seen right away. The process was very fast and straight forward. I was very satisfied with the cost for my service and the friendly employees.
