Drive to the wrong location (my fault)
Called before my appointment to say that I’m still 15 minutes away. Was told not to worry about it because they allow for 10 min late-
Then they called me to ask me to reschedule because the doctor wants to go to lunch. (As if they could get me done in 10 min, they clearly overbook)
I told her I’d rather not. She put me on hold and another rude person came on and talked to me like garbage.
These people should be ashamed of themselves. Garbage service. Garbage attitudes.
They should rename it “America’s Garbage.”

I used to really enjoy this office but it is very apparent that the new manager and doctor are just there to get a paycheck.
My eye exam literally took less than 5 mins. The doctor is clearly in some type of rush and doesn’t even bother to introduce himself. Not to mention my file from the previous year was missing from my chart and he simply shrugged it off as if it was no big deal.
Once I was done with my “eye exam”, I wasn’t even given a sample pair of contacts to test and go in for the additional exam.
While waiting to check out, the receptionist and manager seemed to be confused as to what was going on and running around the area.
Once I was finally called to check out, Taranessa took such amazing care of me! I notice her trying to put out fires in the lobby, while the manager didn’t understand the concept that the family in front of her needed help.
It’s been about 3 weeks since my exam, and I can definitely tell my prescription is not correct. Due to rushed experience, I unfortunately won’t be going back. Which is upsetting since I thought I finally found an office with the right fit and Provider with Dr. Linh-Bang.
If anything I would probably only accept help from Taranessa, since she seemed to be the only competent person working there.

Ok service but the eye doctor, rushed my eye exam so my glasses are sub pair and hurt my head(which he did ask me) but in a very rude way and I really couldn't tell, great price tho, other places do the same deal, go else where, the experience was awful and rushed and I waste of money really

Everyone is super nice and speedy quick so they’ll never waste your time or keep you waiting for very long TJ in particular was a tremendous help and the doc is very quick and helpful but so quick I didn’t catch his name ?. Just a reminder to those who find a pair of glasses you like with that particular style take a picture of both the outside and inside of the tag.

I love how affordable everything is. I've been going there for years and I take my kids. 2 pairs of glasses for $75.00 isn't bad or expensive at all. The staff are so friendly and kind. They make you feel welcomed like they've known you forever. I recommend this place to everybody. I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

This place deserves more testimonials. You can't beat 2 pairs of glasses for a miniscule price of just $79 when the value is usually $129+ per spectacle at other competitors. The customer service was more than par (everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating) and examination process was quick and seamless! Also, it only took a week and a half for my glasses to be ready (yes, someone reached out to me so they put in as much effort and priority as they can into their customers! Roxanne made sure of that and the others did, too!) which is awesome! Would I come here again? Bet I would!

I was a walk in, the whole staff were friendly and helpful. TJ did an exceptional job. Staff at Wilcrest location doing a great job. Someone needs to train the staff at the Fondern location, staff attitudes turn customers off.

Customer service is poor, I don't recommend it to anyone, they are terrible at serving someone who pays for them to store it.
