I should have listened to my gut feeling and stayed out of this place, but instead, I decided to give it try. Here's straight to the point...1. The staff can be more friendlier and offer better assistance to a patients/clients seeking the perfect eyewear (Ms. Rachelle is exceptional). 2. Thoroughly recap the final settings for the eyewear to avoid mistakes of returns or remakes. 3. Provide comnuication of status updates via phone call, text or email. Ex. (we have received your 1st pair, but we are waiting on your 2nd pair to arrive). Overall, my two pairs of glasses purchased were incorrect. The prescriptions were incorrect. The lab didn't thoroughly clean the lenses. I pointed it out to the technician and she said it appears the lab didn't clean the suction spots. Like what? I'm still confused ?. I was dissatisfied and requested a refund for the two pairs. I have no plans to return to this location for my eyewear needs.

My family recently enjoyed the best professional and customer service I’ve ever encountered. We were treated with exceptional care and respect from the moment we walked through the door. NICO and GABBY were knowledgeable, efficient, genuinely kind, and attentive to my needs. Every detail was handled professionally, and they went above and beyond to ensure it. We were delighted that the staff was excellent, but this duo is AMAZING. They deserve the path to grow up in this company.
What truly stood out was their dedication to our children's satisfaction. They took the time to listen to our concerns, provide expert advice, and make us feel valued as clients. The entire process was smooth and stress-free and exceeded all of our expectations.

Nico was my sales rep and I can't say enough about how great my experience was and how easy Nico made it for me to pick the right type of lenses specifically for my vision problems. I give Nico a 10 star for professionalism, expertise, and going above and beyond for customers! Thank you Nico! 6 months later I had to return to the store and Wanda and Brittany blessed me by finding the exact frames that I had lost so that I could have a second pair of glasses. I have been going to this America's Best for 6 years and they are the best in Houston. Custom Service always on point. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
