The Doctor is the only thing professional about this place.I really enjoyed how thorough she was in discussing my appointment with me.
The office personal ,however, are so unprofessional and unorganized. I could hear them talking badly out loud about other patience as they would leave. They are not friendly and I had to call after a month of waiting for my contacts. While on the phone the woman was talking to other customers making me think she was asking me these questions, then would not respond to me. She then put me on hold and hung up the line after 20 minutes of me being on hold. I had to call back and wait on hold for another 20 minutes while they proceeded to get me mixed with another customer. My contacts had been in for weeks, and I was never notified. I do not recommend this location.

I've had them for about 5 years, their lenses are very warm, they always get damaged because the lenses can become clear and dull before 6 months. I told them about it, they supposedly charged me for something of better quality and it turned out that they only last 4 months, I explained to them. everything and how I paid for extra insurance and they were not responsible for their poor quality product arguing that it is normal to propose something with a higher cost among their options and yet they were not responsible for their poor quality product they took it as part of the one-time payment of an extra cost for an insurance of an extra payment that you pay for any future accidents or scratches, the truth is that the lenses burned in just 4 months, which makes it impossible for me to drive at night or early morning the only exchange solution for my insurance I demand that the store be audited by some consumer agency

This place was so efficient! It was quick and easy plus the prices were more than reasonable! The staff was also nice like they’re your old friends, big thanks to Nico for helping me choose my frames! :)

I feel that the ladies working should be taking care of customers instead of discussing stuff which has nothing to do with what's going on with their hair .

I didn’t like not having my glasses ordered until I paid but was told I really need them. I was just used to paying for them when I picked them up. The lady said they lose out on a lot of money for ordering something and the customer changed their mind. But as a customer I could always receive the wrong order or my order mess up yet it will still be more time lost if I had to return them anyway

Easy to access location.
Setting up appointments, a breeze.
Was able to book my three children back to back…no need to miss school, or work!
Staff…super friendly.
Doctor—never, in all my years of testing and now my kids, had anyone been so attentive and detailed in explaining steps in testing and tips to improve/prevent vision problems.
I can tell Mr. Joshua Perez ensures staff and customers feel valued. It is no wonder he is leading this location well.
