I’m so glad I finished my sleep and got my machine this was the best plan ever I had the best sleep in years and to wake up with energy and no HEADACHES is Amazing. Keep up the Great work

First off I got a referral from my doctor on Monday I called to schedule my appointment the receptionist said the referral had to be faxed over. Called my doctor's office they faxed it. Tuesday I call to make my appointment the receptionist said she didn't have my referral called my doctor again and she said again she already faxed it. My doctor's office called them and the receptionist said she had it. I still haven't received a call for my appointment. And yet I'm the one suffering. I work full time and been going to work with migraines for the last month. I do not want to even deal with them at this point. I'm going to find another doctor

They brought me in for one test, then didn't give me results or talk to me about them and then ordered equipment I couldn't afford.

The worst experience I've ever had, very unprofessional and totally disorganized, I don't recommend it to anyone. My sleep study was originally for Thursday, May 12, and they called me on Wednesday, May 11, to ask me if they could change it for that same day Wednesday, since by mistake they had put too many patients on Thursday, I answered no. I could until the next Thursday the 19th and they told me that they could until June, to which I told her that I would try to make the arrangements to be able to go that same night. I remember asking them when they called me to give me the appointment the first day if I had a deductible and they told me no. Since my medical insurance covers 80% of the cost of the study and Texas Medicare covers me 20%. Which means that you do not have to pay any deductible. And when they sent me the email with the instructions for the study, they didn't tell me that I had to make any payment. At night at 7:00 pm I left home and drove 45 minutes to get to the office. I arrived at 7:45 pm and entered the office at 8:30 pm and when I checked in, the lady asked for my ID and insurance cards. The lady who attended to me told me that I had to pay a $150.00 deductible and I told her that they had not told me that and I was not prepared since they never told, I also told her that Medicare was the one that paid that part and I never have to paid a deductible for anything, to which her replied me that’s the amount they write in the order, but she going to write to her boss to see what she would say. 5 minutes later she comes back and tells me that the boss told her that at that time they couldn't verify the situation, and if I wanted to do the study I would have to pay $150 and I told her that I wasn't prepared to make the payment to which she replied So they couldn't do the study for me and I left.For this reason I do not recommend it since they are very unprofessional and if it was their mistake they could do the study for me and then if I had to pay for it they would invoice me

Please don’t use this place. As a veteran with severe sleep issues I was sent here through the Community Care Program at the VA as a way to expedite treatment. Due to unforeseen health issues I was not able to make an my scheduled appointment. I notified the location of my issue(s) with no issues. Well starting last week I have had over 10 plus bills mailed to me for the missed services. I called the number listed on the bill to get and explanation and was told they couldn’t help me. Take it from me be ware.

Please don’t waste your time with this practice, they wasted 6-8 months of my time. They did an at home sleep study, gave me the run around, did nothing helpful. Office staff isn’t all bad, but high turnover rate-not a good sign.I HIGHLY recommend the pulmonary sleep office which is by clear lake hospital. They did what this office couldn’t within 3 short weeks.American sleep medicine prolonged my suffering with sleep apnea for a solid 7 months. I had to do all of the calls with my insurance, the office staff was not helpful, neither was the doctor. This place is a joke. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Please do not go here, look else where.

At American Sleep Medicine - Alba was very Nice to my Husband when it came to his BiPAP Machine Records for his Physical. She printed out his yearly BiPAP Machine Records for his DOT Physical for FREE!!! I recommend American Sleep Medicine to all CDL Drivers. Talk to Alba.
