Do not let this company come out and leave a donation box on your property. I am having an issue with a donation box they left for one of my customers. In wilmer TX, we are having an issue with people throwing trash next to the box, and they will not come and empty it. Property owner has multiple warnings from the code enforcement. We call them to come pick up the box and it's a call center. They tell us there is no way for them to contact American Recyclers directly all they can do is send an email and mark it as urgent. That they will call us back. We never get a call back and continue to get warnings from the city. We have literally called them over 50 times and absolutley nothing has been done at all. This company does not respect the property owners nor the properties they leaves these boxes at. We have found bags of bathroom toiletry next to donation box. All this info has been relayed to the call center and still they do not contact us back. Very sad and unprofessional company. Do not use them as you will regret it. This picture here is literally 2 weeks after property owners paid someone to come pick up trash left outside of bin. To avoid a fine from the city.

The work is hard, they want you to work very fast to review and separate 3,500 pieces per day and the pay is too low $8.00 hrs and they steal your hours

Very unpleasant, people are gossipy and territorial, if they don't like you, they'll kick you out and they'll make you look bad. I worked there and I don't recommend.

Takes little longer to get empty that I expected, they can do it much faster. Check in At the far end of the building if you deliver “second hand”
