I speak both English and Spanish. So language was not a barrier. This guy is rude. We spoke on the phone with him minimum 7 times. He gave a price. We called him back to verify the price again and then called him again to verify the location. We spoke to this guy. We knew his voice. We drive over an hour for this part. We arrive all of the sudden the price goes up, we took note and have it timed on the phone of when we took the note of price and location. We show him we aren't giving him false information that we have a time stamp as to when we we're told on the phone the price. And he replies with he doesn't know who we spoke to but they gave us a wrong price, that they will never sale it for that price. We asked him who was here all morning in, he says it was him but not him on the phone. I asked if all the cameras work in the building inside and outside. He said yes, I said pull them up I want to see who i spoke to this morning. He said that's too much we're not going to do all of that. We are aware this happens at junk yards so we made sure to call and verify the price several times. He told us at least 3 times the price. We get there he's dressed in a Gucci black hat, green vest coat, and a tan colored long sleeve, black beard and mustache, and light skinned. He could barely speak English but spoke spanish. I'm Mexican so this was not a race issue. This guy made the comment to say people make mistakes, no sir you don't make that mistake on several different occasions.

The worst service so unprofessional and rude. We're the heck is the owner at. You trust these people to run your business lord no. This place ain't worth even driving to let alone call because they hang up on. I can't express the frustration in dealing with these people. Nobody seems to want to work or help you locate part. Just so many things wrong here.

Dont show up with any feelings and hopes of good customer service because thats not going to end well. Oh and dont talk too much after you get an answer to your question or you'll get hung up on by the guy that answers

Not sure if this was an exception but sales rep was rude and terminated the call by hanging up in the middle me explaining that his price seemed way high for what I was looking for.
