Update on this review: we found out that the account was never closed properly. After we told them to close our account in July, in September another zelle activity went out. And the management lied and said to my face that the zelle went out the same day in july. They made us pay the late fees and everything even thought it was their mistake. This gotta be the worst experience in banking business we have ever seen. I will report this to BBB as well.
Be ware when you do business at this bank. We did open a business account here but when we sold the business amd closed down the account, couple weeks later someone was trying to collect an outstanding balance. We were confused of how that would happen when the account was closed. The person who called did not have any answer and when I asked for the manager he said the manager is on vacation for 10 days. He also told me they reopened our account waiting for our deposit to cover that balance. I don't think this is legal to reopen an account that was closed by your customers without their consent. They are quick to make a mistake, did not owe up to it, try to harass you to pay for the mistake, and when you ask questions then they give you the classic response "manager on vacation" type. Never have I ever done business with a bank of this level of disrespect to their customers.

Having banked at this branch since it opened many years ago, and having had only superior service there, it's surprising so see a sourpuss describe it as the "worst" branch. Hmm, are we to believe this customer does business at every Amegy branch? Manager Martin is remarkably patient and courteous. I have seen her go out of her way often to help customers who needed more time. Once, when my car's generator died while at the drive-in window, I could not get the car out of "park." Two young tellers rescued me, showing me how to release the car from "park." We moved it backward to the parking lot, and I waited only briefly for a tow truck. Talk about above-and-beyond service! That positive attitude is typical of this branch and its long history.

I recently had fraud activity on one of my accounts. I didn't feel comfortable speaking with a banker over the phone to issue a new card. I work in Memorial City so I stopped by to get a new card issued. This location helped me have piece of mind thank you Josh & Ms. Martin.

I don't know any person with half a brain does business with this new archaic institution. A waste of time every time I walk in the door. Don't use them!

This is the worst branch in the entire Amegy chain. The manager is rude and everytime I need to make a cashiers check (3 times in this branch) it has taken 30 minutes not including the line because their teller staff turnover is so high. Staff is not attentive and always scrambling around.

this is the wrong location. It is not located inside the mall needs to be fixed immediately. From memorial city mall guest services and metro national.

At drive thru now..completely ignored for at least 2 minutes..people in the window.at their position..not even a "I will be right w you" Just some girl w RBF...horrible

I went to the ATM and it stole my check. It's 9:30 at night and won't be able to contact them until the morning. They should have 24 hr customer support for incidents like these.
