Carlos Robles at Tanglewood took his time to explain IRA accounts for my mother. He spoke Spanish to my mother so she understood and explained it to me in English so we both had an understanding. After how he treated my mother, we decided for her to open a personal account and will be coming to him always for any financial need. A true banker who cares for his clients needs.

Went there to cash a E Check , the employee I was initially met with was very dismissive ,unhelpful and unwilling to even help find a solution , definitely making me feel unwanted , luckily the supervisor on duty Cindy was willing to help and did everything in her ability to help me , she was very great and informative , I will be returning solely based off of her customer service

I left Wells Fargo because of their business practices, and I wanted a smaller bank, so I chose Amegy. I have been nothing but happy banking with them. Today, though, I needed help with a complex problem (check fraud), and Sharon worked me through the entire problem. Hours later, my account was fine. She was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. What a great experience with a business!

Liz the banker at this location has a lot of attitude and was less then helpful when it came to cashing a check. I had to go to another branch to get the help I needed and when I arrived I realized that she never gave me my ID back. When I called to ask her about it she was giggling as she told me that she didn’t have it and didn’t know where it went.Liz should not be in customer service, and I would recommend just staying clear of this branch since they don’t know how to treat customers.

Mobile banking doesn't work, will not accept deposits and no one knows why. Mobil banking with Amegy means drive to the window and deposit a paper check. Frost Mobil app works great. Amegy personnel is polite and caring. Good bank if you don't deposit checks via its app. New app is no better.

No longer a friendly atmosphere like it was when Doug and Raquel were here. When I entered the bank, I was given the scan eye up and down as if I looked like they weren't sure I belonged. My teller was friendly but Miss Lis didn't smile, greet or even speak to me and she was looking right at me. Thankful I dont frequent the bank that often anymore. I do mobile banking!

No wonder why this location got such a bad review. Very rude customer service. I never stop to this location unless I'm around the area. Deposit my check and the bank teller give me "whatever" attitude by slightly shocked her heads and pinching her eyes. You in the banking business, not mcdonald's, it's should be a world class customer service. People at this location should know how to better treat & value their customer, the one who deposit money to your bank and keep you a job.
