The bank itself is nice and upscale. However the customer service needs improvement, one person inparticular needs training in customer service skills as she is quite rude, snappy, disrespectful, presumptuous and overall just made my son and I feel like we were bothering her. Maybe she was having a bad day either way her energy and the way she spoke to us made us just get up and leave. She made us feel like we were a problem and like we were beneath her and didn't belong there. Please look into providing Janice England-Forbes customer service training as it is much needed.

Went here and they told my mom she could not sign a check over when she did the same thing at a different location. Upon walking in my mother and uncle were looked at funny and discriminated against because they are two different races. Yall denied my mom n uncle’s service because of the race difference. My uncle has been at Amegy Bank for over 20 years and he has never had this issue. The bank tellers name Mona Corbin, and the bank manager ( she is short with glasses ) also denied their service when they asked to speak to her. If i could give yall 0 stars i would definitely do that. Customer service is horrible DO NOT GO HERE! Get yall stuff together!

My brother and I were denied to signing my check over into his bank account whom he has and have been banking with Amegy Bank for over 20 years…. I have never heard of that ever before they are full of it honestly only this location if I could they would give this particular location 0 stars…. Their service is horrible also they looked my brother and I up and down their whole demeanor changed my brother is caucasian and I am African American and they denied us of service

Black lady with dyed blonde hair, 'jamie' or whatever: Did not tell me about the app. Did not prompt me to deposit the money necessary to open an account. Condescending the whole time & told me it's "too expensive" for temporary cards when Wells Fargo does it just fine. Did not understand the question I asked about transaction thresholds for the monthly fee. Did not let me type or verbally communicate my email address even though the paper I wrote on she just gave me right back. Misunderstood that I was arguing that I don't need to deposit any money to open an account, when she just didn't prompt me & I was asking to check what I needed to do next.
Horrible bank. Whenever I become employed I will switch right back to Wells Fargo.

Service here has gotten worse especially with the white lady with blonde hair. Normally the employees would put my money in envelopes before giving it to me but that lady just counted and threw the money at me then left without a word.

Horrible service. Completely rude, lady named Tanya VP of something, told me that I have to pay a fee to get cash register change for my business. I have a business account here and she still seemed to not get it. Never in my life I have heard about a fee for a business account to get cash register change.

Haydee Elsaadi has horrible customer service, I have had this bank account for three weeks now. I have zelle myself from my alternate bank account to this account(amergy). The bank placed a hold on my account as I go to the bank to see why, Haydee Elsaadi she stated she will remove the block from my account. Once arrive the next day going thru the drive thru Haydee Elsaadi tells me to come inside the bank. As I arrive inside the branch which was on Friday she stated that the hold will be on my account until Monday. Over the weekend I spoke with customers service and they stated Haydee placed a blocked by on my account and my account was NEVER CLOSED to begin with. So today I went into the branch and tried to speak with Haydee to see what’s going on. She was very RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND UNHELPFUL !!! Having no VAILD reason to place a block on my account. RACIAL PROFILING Once I left the branch I called the customer service and spoke with a agent and she STATED MY ACCOUNT ISNT CLOSED .. so I won’t recommend NOBODY TO THIS BRANCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERICE OR JUST DONT DEAL WITH HAYDEE SHES NEEDS A TRAINING IN CUSTOMER

I opened an account online, transferred $1000, and minutes later got an email telling me I didn't have an account. Now they don't know where my money is.Haydee Elsaadi is rude and condescending. She yelled at a man who didn't have a mask while simultaneously asking me to remove mine so she could match my ID. All this through a plexiglass shield. This makes no sense. She does not return calls or emails.I have now filed a complaint with the FDIC regarding Amegy and specifically Elsaadi.

I have a business account and i left feeling like i was stealing my own money...my hm branch is much more warm and friendly. There is one thing to verify and follow policy but after answering all the questions and showing other proof, the expired DL presensented was more important than all of the other ways to identify me.

Went to this location today to close an account, and my experience is further confirmation that no longer doing business with Amegy Bank was the right decision.I know that appointments are now required to enter the lobby and conduct business, so before I left home I called to make an appointment. I was told that I could come in anytime this afternoon.When I get to the bank a woman came to the door and asked why I was there. I told her I needed to close an account and she told me I needed an appointment. I explained to her that I had already called to make one and was told to come in at any time. Gave her the name of the person I spoke to and she said they don't have anyone at the branch by that name. It was at that moment that I realized that I'd mistakenly called the wrong location.So see that the lobby was EMPTY (if you've been to this branch before, you know that there is a clear view of the lobby from the front doors/windows), I asked if I could still come in and close my account. She tells me that I need to go through the drive through.I drive around and after going to the wrong lane (she never told me to go to the commercial lane), and this SAME woman from the front door comes to the window and asked for my ID. I asked again why I couldn't come into the lobby to handle this and the told be because I didn't have an appointment. I replied to her, "but you weren't helping anyone, so what did that matter." Her reply? "You don't know that." Well, you were the same one talking to me at the door and here you are again asking me for my ID, so I do know that.The entire time I was at the front door I had on a mask and this woman didn't even crack open the door to speak with me. She talked with me through a CLOSED glass door. This isn't the first time I've had customer service issues at this branch, and obviously they didn't learn from the first time.

Always like going to Amegy. I prefer to go inside and visit with as I bank but also visit the drive through often.
