Service here has gotten worse especially with the white lady with blonde hair. Normally the employees would put my money in envelopes before giving it to me but that lady just counted and threw the money at me then left without a word.

This Amegy bank is pleasant and always helpful. The staff go above and beyond to help customers.

Service is awful. They don’t acknowledge you just keep you waiting and hoping they will see you. Worse bank manager.
