So sick and tired of ALL Amegy banks. Your ATMS never work, then I get the 2nd degree when I call customer service to complain about said problem. Save your receipts and take pics of their ATMS not working because apparently they find it hard to believe that after biz hours, their machines don't work. How inconvenient, yet it's the customers fault. At least, that's how yall make us feel. This is the last straw. Will be pulling out all my funds from checking and savings and finding a bank that cares about their customers. Clearly, yall don't.

Will never come back to this bank again! They made it so hard to cash my check even after I gave them MULTIPLE forms of ID. I felt like I was being racially profiled smh ??♂️

Tiffany is very unprofessional. I tried to make a simple deposit and she made it awful. Started laughing at me when she couldn't hear me because of a loud vehicle next to me. Makes me want to reconsider banking there all together.

I walked in, kind of in a hurry and was welcomed in by name by one of its clerks. I was helped and was on my way in less than 3 minutes! I was shocked!

Honestly, the service is a tad slow, but other than that, I have no complaints. The employees are always helpful, friendly and outgoing. They've even let me use their conference room on multiple occasions to do some personal banking. I always go out of my way just to use this branch.

I have been a customer of Amegy Bank for the better part of fifteen years. In that time I have seen this branch go from being the best bank to being the worst branch ever !!! If its not several mistakes on your accounts from the tellers, who obviously have no idea what they are doing. It's the horrible customer service they give you if you are any type of minority or if you dont have millions of dollars in this bank. As a long time customer I expect to be treated with respect that standard should not be determined by the account of money I have in your bank. Respect is a standard that should be enforced no matter who you are or what you have. I wouldn't recommend this branch or this bank to anyone!!!! It seems to me they need to get back to their core values which are the customers!!!!!
