Worst customer service for a non customer!!! If I were considering looking for another bank, based on my experience today, I would not choose this bank!!!

This has been the worst banking experience, EVER. When you go in there is normally 3 tellers, no customer's. YET, you're told "Someone will be with you in a minute after waiting for a couple of minutes". If you call each person tells you different information and normally you still have to go in to get anything done. This account which is not frequently used received about 3 different scam charges. Unlike any of my other accounts from other banks. They called me and told me the charges looked like scams. Then still charged me $1,146.00 . I'll stick with Chase, Shell Federal Credit Union and First Convienence Banks.

I do NOT recommend them AMEGY BANK IS NOT IT. I’ve been calling and calling and they do not answerDo not recommend this bank at all to anyone.As far as they withhold your check, knowing they can do something about it but they don’t.Now behind on bills all cause they want to be working lazy.Will be closing out my account after this.

Slowest service on earth I have been banking with this bank last 12 years. They had this location on 610 and than they moved here.But their speed never increase. I have been waiting behind car for 40 min and no luck.This people have bill counting machines but they never count money in machine and that’s the reason they are so slow.

I've been a customer for a decade. I love this branch because the staff actually know customers by name. Amegy is not as flashy as Chase or Bank of America, but the service exceeds the technology. I definitely recommend.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This bank is soooo slow with service. On a constant weekly basis I come to deposit money into an account. SIMPLE RIGHT? Not for them. Every time like clockwork I spend at least 30 minutes in line at the teller lines. Not even counting how long it takes for them to process what I’m trying to do. I just don’t understand what is so difficult about making a deposit and having it take 20 minutes.

I've been a costumer since 2001 when it was Southwest Bank of Texas. I have the best opinion about Amegy Bank because of its awesome account policies, no excessive fees like other banks, the employees are friendly and helpful to provide you with products that really work. I especially love the automatic payment center where I have set up my straight deposits and my bills, so I do not forget any payment alt all, and the system send me notifications on what bill have been paid, or what bill needs attention. Through my Amegy account I can send and receive money instantly using Zelle! I love Amegy Bank!
