Needed emergency cash to replace my tires. I’m a teacher and get out late so I had to run to make it in time before they closed. I arrived 2 minutes before close, at 4:58. The door was already locked and they refused to open it. I tried to show the teller the time in my phone but she kept ignoring me and got the manager over. The manager refused to come to the door. Very poor customer service. When a client needs access to their money the bank needs to keep their doors open during posted business hours. Extremely disappointed and upset at the service here.

Posted hours are not accurate. Definetly not open at 8am. Came by at 8:15am.
