It is a good laundry and the staff is very friendly,,,, but they overlook many things, such as allowing customers to lie down on the clothes folding tables, which takes away from their image and I think it is not hygienic, customers also get They take over the same folding tables even if they are not using them and if you ask them to leave they try to annoy you,,!!

This is so unbearable, the store hours is 6:30am to 12:00am that is midnight. I come to the washateria 11:15pm and they already closed, Spanish speaking guy approached me talking about they close at 11 on Tuesdays, I knew that was not true but I left because that’s just so annoying. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The truth was that before it was a very pleasant environment:) but now they really go too far, they take your clothes out of the washing machine without permission and that is disrespectful, so the fact that drying clothes is free does not give them the right to take it out of the dryers and washing machines and less if it only takes you a few minutes to take it out... personally, I loved coming here because of the excellent atmosphere that we had before and also because of the drying... but with the experience I had today I will not return if I could give it 0 stars I would do it with fairness... I hope that later they can change these new rules of taking people's clothes... or that they put a sign that if they take time they will take things out of the washing machines... that's how people They would already know what would happen if they take time to remove them... anyway... thank you very much for all the kindness you gave me before.
