I have had a consistently positive experience at Amazing Lash. The front desk team is typically welcoming, and I’ve never had any issues with scheduling my appointments. My lash technician, Jasmine, does an outstanding job. On one occasion, I tried a different technician, but I quickly realized Jasmine’s work is exceptional and reliable. When she does my lashes, they last as expected, provided I care for them properly. Jasmine is efficient, skilled, and I’ll definitely continue booking with her. I highly recommend Amazing Lash (Jasmine) for anyone considering lash services.

I get to my appointment and was going to have my child wait in the waiting area for a ten minute brow tint. Immediately, I was told that no children were allowed as a guest. Furthermore, I called prior to being on the way the morning of and no answer. I guess they don’t answer phones until opening at 9am. Other Amazing Lash locations have allowed children in waiting area, nor was this disclosed at the time of booking the day before when I called. I advise whether corporate or franchise, they all adhere to the same guiding principles. It seems as though the consumer has to pay for the absence of non-disclosure at the time of booking for this no children rule. Completely understand this notion, however, I would recommend 1) disclosing this at the time of booking (not sure if there’s a corporate policy/script and this should of been included) and 2) take ownership in this lapse of communication between the client and employee and not have the client have to pay (cancellation fee) for this absence of this information. We live in a world where customer service just doesn’t exist. The consumer has to ask questions in order to get relevant information instead of the servicer disclose all necessary information. Then, we have management standing by the employees to maintain loyalty although there’s clearly a bottleneck in the operation. Honestly, I was not going to communicate to the front desk because they are not in the position as I’d expect from upper management to see the guiding principle here. I didn’t even get to leave a review on the actual service itself, instead it’s on the customer service component. Very disappointing.

I just cancelled all of my appointments at this location. Marlen is a fabulous stylist, so it's not her fault.
FOUR TIMES this location has cancelled appointments that I had set weeks in advance. When I call to inquire, I get excuses and they can't get me back into my original slot and have to push me days out farther. Kinda doesn't work when you have an event you are going to and the next appointment isn't until AFTER you need your lashes done (which is why you scheduled so far in advance in the first place).
The previous manager apologized profusely and explained that sometimes the employees see several appointments on the books and assume one must be in error and will just cancel it without notifying anyone. She insisted it would stop. I guess under new management and with so many new employees, no one made this clear.
Do not trust this location to hold your appointments for you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It’s a bit of a drive for me - but it’s worth it. The champions location has had changes in the management staff a few times in the past years - HOWEVER, the management currently there is by far my favorite! They are polite, friendly and find solutions to issues I have had with my account for years. Cherelle is my go to technician - she won’t disappoint you :)
Stylist: Cherelle is amazing! I make the extra drive to Champions for her. Her technique makes the “pretty” somehow last longer than any other technician that I’ve had!
