I love the lashes tech, it's the front desk and manager that doesn't care about the clients. Not professional at all. Mya sounds like she sleeping when she answer the phone. They called to cancel my appointment because they didn't have any lights was told the manager would call me back no one call I ended up calling them back the next day. spoke with the manager was told the system was just trying to comeback up and she would call me back to schedule me still no call back. Now it's Saturday morning I call asking to speak with the manager oh she's not there I can take a message . I was like I need to speak with someone now. She put me on hold to text the manager (Contera )come back to the phone she said she will give you a call still no call as of yet they're quick to take your money out and want to charge you if you are late or need to cancel but when it on behalf, they take their time getting back to you. They can refund me my money and I can take my service somewhere else I will be appreciated at. This place is ran by people who don't care about the customers! Need better management team and front desk staff

I usually get my lashes done at another location in Arlington and they always come out beautiful. I had to get a new set because I have been traveling, and they came out so bad!!!! Got charged for a full new set with volume and it doesn’t even look like volume they look very similar to my natural lashes. I am very disappointed and management would not give me a discount or anything. Poor quality service.

This was the worst experience of my life. I’ve been to several amazing Lash locations before, and I was never dealt with the way that I was treated here. First they put me with a brand new lash stylist who has never done lashes before. Then when she could not get it done in an hour and 45 minutes on a refill, they want me to come back so she can finish and charge me another $40 For a service that was already paid for. I asked to speak with a manager and they insisted that there are no managers on duty at any locations and I would have to wait several days to get a call back. Meanwhile, I have half of my eyelash done and the other half incomplete , I would not recommend anybody come to this location off of Sam Houston tollway north

This location is a complete joke !!! I went in for fullset/removal the process was so unprofessional I had to clean my eyes out in the restroom my eyes were burning walking to the restroom they don't offer lash baths After they put the lash removal chemicals on your eyes!! Than the lash tech didn't even realize I was getting a full set after the removal I was told to get removal because I was a new customer! The room smelt like shit smh so serious not sure why but literally was awful smell even the waiting area had a musty odor smh I only went here to be closer to home but I'll take a long drive elsewhere if it mean getting my money worth !! I called to explain my lashes were falling off within next day I ask if someone else could do them because the lady took so long wasted my entire day that is ridiculous for lashes but they weren't helpful and told me it had to be her ! So I just said nvm i would never recommend this place!

Virginia is absolutely the best! As a member, I book with her every 2 or 3 weeks and each time I leave satisfied! Her customer service is superb and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Keturah was also extremely pleasant to work with.

Called to reschedule my first time appointment, not cancel! due to really really bad weather right now in humble ( thunder, lightning, winds, rain) . Lady said she’s still gonna charge my card the 50% for “cancelling” so last minute. Smh. Think twice about booking here lol it’s not my fault a whole rainstorm decided to happen!

Zero stars. Made the appointment only for them to let me check in, take a look at my lashes, prep the lashes and then had me lay down to tell me they couldn’t work on me because I had too many lashes on when it’s been 4 weeks. Wasted my time.

Bad customer service. Membership is not worth it. I had a credit and was not able to get a refund. So I made an appointment and told me I had to pay out of pocket because my credit covers only partial so I told her to cancel my appointment and was told I was getting charged a cancellation fee.
