Came here in the beginning of June and had a terrible experience. My technician was hurting me while doing my lashes, it was my first time getting them done so I didn’t know that they weren’t supposed to hurt. It felt like she was screwing them into my eyelid. Immediately after the service, my eyelids were glued together and I had to peel them apart. Fast forward to about two weeks later, and I’m ready to take them out at home- despite using lash adhesive remover, they absolutely would not come out. I realized that the lash tech had used so much glue that the false lashes and my real lashes were cemented together. I ended up having to literally cut my lashes off to get chunks of solidified glue off of my eyelids. Overall a very painful and poor experience, it took me months to grow my lashes back and I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE. Save your money

Technician was late and my lashes were not full after the service. Very disappointing since I come here faithfully. My normal lash technician was booked solid because she’s the best (Yenali) so I gave a junior a chance and was not happy.

This was my first time here I normally get my lashes done closer to my job .. my eye was super red and sore but I ignored it to it was just from new set .. but I woke up next day noticed it's an actual cut on my eye when I came back to speak with someone about it I was told to make an appointment for a correction after I made it clear that I didn't want a correction I have a cur on my eye I was told I could wait about an hr to talk to a stylist but besides that they're was nothing she could do .... wow super rude and I don't recommend dealing with places that only care about the service not the follow up

I went in for a full set. A service that should take at least an an hour and fifteen minutes to at least 90 minutes. The tech was done in like 30 minutes and it looked like it!!!! My lashes were not full. I’m not sure why she rushed the process. I have been to other locations where the tech takes their time and my lashes actually looked amazing but not here… I will not be going back to this location.Service: Eyelash extensions

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER……I had lashes before from this studio no problem this particular visit was with a different technician and by that night I started with an itchy throat by morning I had a FULL BLOWN ALLERGIC REACTION to the lashes/glue. I called that morning went that evening to have lashes removed. I asked about my funds being placed back to my account, I was told they couldn’t and they were removing the lashes for free since they were really suppose to charge me. I then told them I wanted my account closed COMPLETELY. My allergic reaction lasted for 2 weeks….swollen eyelids and face, runny nose, scratchy throat, eyes pink and sensitive to light EVERYTHING. All that happened in December. December and January I was not charged today(2-16-22) they charged my account. I called and immediately had that taken care of….WORST PLACE EVER….I can’t speak of any other Amazing Lash but I can speak of this one…

Terrible customer service! I booked an appt the week before. Got an email confirmation as well as text confirmation. Confirmed the appointment through text and when I got there they said there was no appt booked for me that day and ABSOLUTELY NO WAY they could do any service for me that day at all!?? So where did my BOOKED appt go? "Oh I don't know I'll have to look into it and figure it out maybe call you later and let you know but can't do your lashes today at all" Unacceptable when you have a confirmed appt. Doesn't make any sense. Will NOT have my business anymore.

Going here was my first experience with getting lash extensions. I booked with a Master technician. First, She didn’t do the style I asked for. Then, For weeks after that my eyelids were very tender and itchy, after about 3 weeks I just wanted them off, it never stopped hurting. I went to a different place to have them removed and replaced. The new lash tech couldn’t stop commenting on how those lashes had an absurd amount of glue and whoever did them, did a terrible job. I lost so many of my natural lashes. I thought that was just how extensions worked. But after getting lashes at the new place, I don’t feel them on my lashes at all, my eyelids aren’t sore, I don’t lose lashes. I’ve had my lashes done at the new place twice since then and neither time were the lashes ever uncomfortable like the ones I got here. Don’t go here. The Master techs are just regular ppl gouging for more money. She did not know what she was doing.

I had a 10:30 appointment today. The stylish I used before was not available and I was put with a different stylist (Monique) she called me 20 mins before I got there too let me know there was a booking error and confirm I would be there at 10:30. I get there the 2 stylish (the girl who did my lashes and Monique who was supposed to do my refil) and the front desk guy. No one said anything to me I signed in and sat down to wait about 15-20mins later Monique starts to tell me I need to reschedule bc I have a special set and she can’t do them like the girl before. I explained she can do them normal I’ll even take classics bc I have a wedding I can not reschedule. I did not have anything special done to my lashes I had 3D done by a stylish at the same studio. The girl proceeded to make excuses as to she what it boils down to is she didn’t want to work behind that previous stylists. I told them they needed to call the manager and she apparently called the girl Monique and I guess told her she needed to keep my appointment. The girl comes back out bc she walked off went into her room and closed her door. She says “You can come now”.... WHY would allow some one who was just clapping her hands and huffing and puffing to come close to my eyes with glue??? To add icing on this cake another client who over heard finished her appointment and told me the same thing happen to her with that same girl and said that her attitude was horrible. Now what I believe is I was caught in a cross between stylist beef but that girl handled herself so unprofessional I was upset to the point I was shaking. I go to amazing lash for convenience I understand that free lance lash don’t go over other peoples work but ALS has several different stylists and they do bc they should be trained to do lashes their company’s way. I was there for an hour and left with no lashes when I booked ahead for my wedding today. I am so so upset this is the most unprofessional location they have I will never go back which is sad bc it’s the closest location to my home.

The lash artist I had yesterday was rude and passive aggressive. She did not greet me and just immediately told me to lay down. I didn't get her name but she's a young black woman in room #1. Before we started I explained to her that I've tried to come for 2 & a half almost 3 weeks & have been cancelled on each time due to employee call outs. She said I should've gotten a refill 2 weeks ago & she'll only be able to do what she can otherwise I'd be charged a new full set. She did not speak to me, the experience & energy was unsettling. I called beforehand to let the front desk know I'd be running 5 mins late - left a voicemail because there was no answer. She should not have been rude to me just for being a few minutes late. I have to pay for childcare each time I schedule an appt & for them to be cancelled on me & not accommodating is unprofessional - so sorry it was an inconvenience having me a few minutes late. Would not recommend, I'd never go to this location again. My lashes are uneven & more are on one side than the other. I feel it was done on purpose. If you don't like your job - dont work there.

Been a member for a year always on point. Victoria is my stylist. She’s the only one I can speak on. Ben is awesome.Update:This place has the worst customer service, I have had appointments where they are late, where I have came in with confirmation emails yet I’m not on the schedule and have to come back, however the moment I am late 10 min they can’t do nothing for me. One time In 4 years. It is ridiculous. They do not have any master stylists the new girls take over 2 hours, and the sets aren’t full and do not last. The managers never call you back. I’m done with this place. Don’t waste your time on this location.

This store doesn't deserve one star very unprofessional they messed my lashes up twice and asked for a additional 35 fee to fix them.. I would not recommend this store.

Monica was great she has a lot of experience and was fast and efficient ! Some of my lashes fell out the 1st couple days which they always do whichever lash company I go with but Monica did a complimentary Refill for me. She also listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect lashes!
