I could start this review off with my experience with bad attitudes and bad service. But it is more important to note that this location double charged me for a service and never provided me a refund. I was made to wait 2 weeks to get my money back because one of the managers was "on vacation". Only to be told that she still was not back at work on the day I was told she would return. After explaining to them that it should not be my concern whether or not an employee is on vacation or not, they then claimed to have issued me a refund.... but I never received it. It is sad because I loved my lashes. But now I have lost $60, and literally no one at this location cared. Do not get your lashes done here. They will double charge you! UPDATE: I have continued to call and try to get my money back for the last week and a half with no success. Every employee I talk to claims the manager is not in, and they are "sending her a text". I have been made to call other locations to see if said manager is there, and she never is. Like I call every single day... but somehow she is never in. I have officially turned into a bill collector for my own freaking money. I will have to cancel my card and legally dispute this charge through my bank because the customer service here is awful.

Short version: NEVER. AGAIN. Long version: I had a 1st time appt at 11:40am. I arrived at 11:20am and did not get finished until 2:45pm!! Please be advised that these are fresh out of training techs. They are not professionals. I learned the hard way. I showed multiple photos to the lash tech, Mandy, of previous times I've had my lashes done elsewhere, so she could see how long I wanted them to be. After 2 hours, my eyelashes were short and bare. You couldn't even tell I had lash extensions. I should have taken a photo of the ridiculous lashes that Mandy did on me but I was too upset. I was livid. I had to ask to speak to the manager, Valeria, to give me a refund. The girl at the front desk called Valeria on the phone and Valeria agreed to have the extensions removed and another lash tech would redo them correctly. Once the extensions were removed, a different girl at the front desk said I would have to come back next week to have the extensions done again. So once again, I had to ask for them to call the manager. And once again, Valeria had to tell the girls that my lashes were to be redone today. The next lash tech kept flicking my eyelashes and sighing so I simply asked, "what's wrong?" and her response: "I don't know English". 1st, I'm sent in a room with a lash tech who still doesn't know what she's doing even after I showed her photos. Then 2nd, I'm sent in a room with a lash tech that doesn't speak English (& no one is there to help translate). After 4 hours, my lashes were finally done and now 1 day later, my eyes haven't stopped watering since! I had to take off from my job because my eyes will not stop watering. I'm not sure what cheap products they use but I've never had so many issues with eyelash extensions until coming to this place. Don't waste your time or money!! I should have known there would be issues when I only had to pay $79.99. You get what you pay for. Even after talking to multiple people, including the manager, and sitting in this place for over 4 hours, not 1 person apologized or took accountability. No one told me how to care for the lashes, no one offered any products. Horrible experience that should have been so simple.

I loved the way my eyelashes came out. It was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions so I was a bit worried but there was nothing to be worried about. The process took about one hour and everything went smoothly. Except for when I fell asleep and thought my dog was barking while I was getting my eyelashes done Since it was my first time I decided to get them "Natural medium", that is definitely the way to go if you want them to look a bit more natural. The experience was great and the lashes were greater. Already scheduled my next appointment, hope you do too!

I have been getting my lashes done here every month for the past 7 years and have never had a complaint. This location specifically gives the best service out of them all and I have to say Leah and Lynn always leave my lashes looking amazing! 5 stars for sure

I got a call about the master stylist Katrina being on an apparent "leave of absence" until further notice. As far as I'm concerned she was the reason that location ran so smoothly. Looks like I'll be relocating!

My girl gets her lashes done by Heather, and she does a great job each time. She loves this location, they're friendly, helpful and work with you on scheduling. Lobby always super clean. Never once has she complained on the services here. Keep up the good work.

I get compliments often about my lashes. I’m always happy to recommend Amazing Lashes at Gulfgate. The staff is always her on time, because I do first thing in the morning early appointments. My stylist Heather is always pleasant and knows her stuff, fast too. If you’re looking for a lash studio, Amazing Lashes at Gulfgate is the place to go.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FRONT DESK IS AWSOME. I LOVE MY SPECIALISTS LEIN OR HEATHER. WOULDN’T CHANGE THEM IN THE WORLD. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THIS TWO LADIES.
