The staff is stupid, inept, rude, arrogant. They should not serve people if they do not know anything about their area or at least the minimum of education and customer service.
I would give it fewer stars but that's not possible.

I did find my parts here. However, the person who collected payment was very rude. Poor customer service gives them a 2 star.

I had previously called to check on a 2007 Mazda six bumper. The guy on the phone was helpful and immediately told me they had in stock after arriving the store the guy working in the center of the counter between the two gentlemen when I asked about the bumper, he said, and what about it? And had an almost annoyed attitude about the whole transaction.

The service was bad, they sold me a transmission that was not for my car, I had to return with the transmission they sold me and the transmission of my car so that there was an error, even though I brought the transmission of my car they argued with me that it was not the one that my car occupies, when it was literally the one that was taken from my car, Victor who was the one who assisted me was despotic and angry because I told him that he better return the money since they did not have the transmission that my car occupies, After a while they found a transmission that was the same as the one it came with but they didn't want to tell me how many miles it had been used. The truth is that I would not recommend buying spare parts such as engines or transmission in this repair shop.
