This towing company has an m.o of stealing possessions from the cars towed to their lot. Manager and employees are unprofessional and extremely sketchy when asked about missing possessions from the vehicle. If you have a choice, do NOT tow here. Disgusting company.

My Car Got Towed Here & By The Reviews I Was Scared I Was Gonna Have A Problem Getting My Car. From The Time I Called To The Second I Arrived We Got Nothing But Respect And Great Customer Service . We were in and out in nothing less than 10-15 minutes . My car even needed a jump and he assisted with no problem .

Sat for over an hour waiting to pick up a car. Woman walked up to me, I asked if she works here, she said no then used her key card to enter the front door. So she lied to my face. This business needs to be shut down. I still don't have the car and it screwed me over for the entire weekend. I got to this property during their posted regular business hours. The bays were open, workers present in the shop but the storage was closed and door were locked, they had closed signs saying they're closed, and no answer to my many calls placed to their posted number on their website. I called TDLR. Will be handling further push for penalties on their negligence come Monday Morning as today is Friday. Poor service. Poor reviews. This place needs to be penalized. If you have problems with this ship as I'm sure many of you will, report them to Harris County TDLR. They don't deserve a Fn star.

i wish i can give 0 stars because my car was stolen and towed here . i called over 15 times and no answer and i called during business hours . a man told me to file a complaint bc they are t try ing to hold my car and profit off of holding my car . 0 tolerance for stupidity .

Ofc they didn't answer the phone had to wait til monday for something then when i finally got in contact they took all day to locate my car . somebody need to file a suit against this company smh

Very bad service my car got towed Friday went to try to get it on a Saturday called the Recording on the Telephone said they closed at 12 noon got there at 11 am Some guy at the gate said that they were closed he worked in the auto shop in the back would not let me in the gate because he said they were closed on the front of the gate it said that they were open till noon so I had to leave my car in there all day Saturday all day Sunday had to go pick it up Monday it was outrageous the price I was there to get my car on Saturday they should’ve gave it to me then terrible service

THESE GUYS NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! It's quite frustrating actually. The hours say closed on Saturday and Sunday but it seems they are literally closed every time I call! My mom's car has been there for 3 weeks now. Add insult to injury they have a body shop next door and there's a man who is extremely persistent who calls you to try to get you to fix your car with them. Even if you tell him you will consider it, he will not take no for an answer and just keeps talking over you. Not a good look for someone trying to get new business. Allstate pretty much serves the 1960/Champions/Louetta area. The wrecker driver seems to be on the scene first. We have worked with them before but between them not being responsive and having to deal with the insurance who is also short-staffed, this feels like a FT job tracking someone down for answers!

No one answers the phone even during business hours. They state their hours are 10am to 2pm so you can’t get your car out and they make money. Pray they POS’ don’t tow your car.

These persons were Awesome with their service s and communications they showed understanding and consideration any day at the impound is self caused i thankyou but it has rained car wont turn over i am not interested in getting my car out THANKYOU AGAIN HAPPY NEW YEARS

Under no circumstances should you ever use this company.They don't answer the phone, even during their very limited hours, 10-2 MON - Fri and 10-12 Sat. Voice mail is full. There is no fax number on their site, no email. I have a car that's there and I'm trying to get it moved. Meanwhile they are likely charging $35-50/day for storage. PATHETICService: Vehicle wrecking

Horrible! Never pick up the phone! Left my vehicle's windows open while it rained a whole week! Expensive! They locked us in when we went to take pictures of the damage of our vehicle and they wouldn't come open the gate nor answer the phone because they were already closed! Luckily the owner that had the key to open the gate came back and let us out. Unacceptable!

My sister and brother-in-law came to this place to pick up a motorcycle after an accident two days ago, they called me to come and help them lift it since it was very heavy, we entered the place and when we saw that they were in the back of the place my husband was driving inside when this man made a sign to him as if to say where he was going and my husband returned the signal saying that he was going to where my brother-in-law was, which was the little green truck that you see in the photo, he was very upset and asked him to stop, I lowered the window since he was on my side and my husband tried to explain to him what we were there for, he didnt even let him speak and told him, to not come in, to not make signs here, to get out! my brother-in-law came back trying to explain to him and he responded hes not going to come in here and see how you do it, my children got out to help him get the motorcycle on the back of the truck because the a****** just did not let my husband go in to help. he then got on to his truck and slowly passed by pull down his mask and started saying things causing my husband to get super angry until now I dont understand why he acted like that. so if you happen to have to go here one day make sure to talk to him with love and without signs to this a*********** my husband went down to the office but apparently everyone is afraid of that a******* in this type of places there should be more nice, conpasionate, humble people working. Many of the people who go to pick up crashed vehicles have just lost a loved one or have them hospitalized and it is not fair that after everything they have to deal with and stil have to deal with this shitty people
