It was very difficult to get the person who answers the phone for Allied in the San Antonio TX office, Sandra, to understand that I want her to call me, not my husband. He is travelling, in another time zone. After I asked her the first first time - a few days ago - to call me, not him, she called him - again - in the middle of the night. She insisted she called him during the day! True enough in Texas but not in Europe. I explained that. She then insisted that she is supposed to call every phone number in the claim. So, I said, look, remove his phone number if you have to, just don't call him again! The connection dropped (?). I called back. She then accused me of having an attitude ?. At this point, yes, I'm very annoyed. Two botched calls - a very poor customer service experience with Allied!
