They will call you at the most inconvenient times then not answer when you call back at your own convenience during business hours. The only helpful person so far has been Veronica even though she sometimes drops the ball. I will update when I get my car back.

If you have to sleep on the side of the road or walk home in the middle of the night, do it instead of getting anywhere near Allied Collision. How these people get away the the deceitful and fradulent practices and shoddy work is certainly due to towing authority that they have on US 59. The positive reviews are probably from employees. There is nothing good about this business. I took my car to a reputable shop and paid to have the repairs done correctly instead of attempting to deal with these miscreants again.

Conn artists.. and they think everyone is stupid. Run run run. They are 3 shops and tow yard under one entity. Just some fraudulent stuff going on.. 1/2 of work that was paid for by my insurance was not completed by them but they claimed they did the work and it was self evident that it was not done after they got busted they claim they put remanufactured parts but in fact it is evident that none of the screws and bolts were not removed... Everything was the same except they sprayed my parts to make them look lets called refurbished.. after they were busted by me they told me the parts are on back order and after That point I requested the money back for parts and labor and I wanted to go elsewhere trust is not there anymore they told me that they will not refund my name but they can do other services on my vehicle like change my oil. These guys are Absolutely stupid Connors

They never answer the phone.Their drivers don't follow traffic laws. And their trucks are not kept up well.Had a truck today on beltway 8 going in and out of traffic. He also has lights on the back of his truck that aren't even working. And lastly he wasn't even using signals as he's going in and out of all three lanes

My Mercedes was towed here after a wreck. I was about to have it towed to a shop closer to my home. They assured me that they worked with the MB dealerships and could fix it in 5-7 wks. After about 3 wks and no updates other than saying they needed more $ from insurance my wife called them. Typical response " it's because of covid". Ok I can buy that for now. After a few more weeks of no contact or response from Oscar. Ours calls went to voice mail or if we did get through he was "with another customer and would call back in 10 mins" which never happened. Three months of this crap and a call from our insurance company, and we were told the part had been order from MB. We called MB and yes a part was ordered the day after the call from the insurance company. After another month I called to raise hell with these asshats. I told them the car was built and delivered from Germany in 4 months and they have had it longer than that. "We're sorry, I apologize, we working on it, shouldn't be much longer or as soon as we get the part it will take 3-4 days" typical crap from these guys. We called MB to check on the part and they said it was in a warehouse in Kentucky. They couldn't find it and would recommend ordering another part. So we called and yep they were on it and would order the part. We waited 3 wks, no updates so we called. They were waiting on State Farm to approve the part. Which was crap. So they sat on it until I called. Now it's been 5 months. Well my agent called and spoke to Syed (the boss I guess) who assured me that he would keep me updated and would return my calls and that the part was ordered. Oscar called and told me they got the part. 3-4 days and they would be completely finished. Oh boy! But wait, 3 days later there was a problem with the part. Apparently MB sent the part in pieces and they were going to have to rewrite the safety harness that controls the entire electrical system of the car. Really? But they did it. Totally finished and looked brand new they said. Just needed to be approved by the MB dealership. Almost 6 months to the day it was towed to their shop. The next call we got was from SF. They were TOTALING our car. WHAT?? It was brand new! Turns out these buttholes tried to use an inferior safety harness which is why it had to be "wired" by their electrician. The MB dealership said "the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree " and they would not allow the car to be driven. Turns out Mercedes said no harness had been order from them. They tried to replace the one part that controlled the entire safety features of the car with an inferior part and hoped it was good enough. They put lipstick on a pig, put the car back together hoping no one would notice. These asshats have been bs ing me for 6 months and now want my insurance to pay for their screw up. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I wish I had read all of the horrible reviews before I let them touch my car. I had to give them one star because I can't rate them any lower. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Do not take your car there, they will install use parts and charge you for new parts, they take way too long to fix your car, not knowing if they taking all the new parts off your car ans install use one. I repeat do not take your car there. Oscar and the rest should not be trust. They will over charge you and then at the end will ask you to give them 5 stars before you leave.I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from this place I’m begging you.

Do NOT sign anything. They will say you approved repair when supposed to be estimate. Had to get lawyer to get my car back. Held it hostage when I was injured and ruined my transmission during the tow. Run away, don't walk!

They charged way too much and took much longer. I am not sure yet if they have done a good job because we just got the car back

My brother and I were driving and a tow driver with decals for this company nearly wrecked into us. The driver and another driver that we couldn't identify pulled a high velocity u-turn that involved the Allied driver striking the curb with the right front tire. Other drivers did the same farther up causing multiple other brake lights to come on. Dangerous driving isn't cool, especially not when other people are endangered on the road.

For starters, I do not live in Texas, at the time I was living 22 hours away in California. I was meeting family half way to pick up our dog. I was rear ended twice and my car was brought to the tow lot right next door to allied collision. Well somehow I was talked into moving it out of storage and for it to be adjusted at the place next door. After reading reviews, being an out of towner and this being a brand new 2019 Nissan Rogue, I wanted my vehicle moved somewhere else. When I tired to have my vehicle towed somewhere else, Oscar was literally a child about me wanting my work done somewhere else. He would hang up the phone on meAs well as the females that worked there. The only person to help was, "Moe" and he's been the only reason why I wouldn't write a poor review but now it seems as if I was screwed by them and progressives adjuster and progressive. Progressive is refusing to pay for my repairs from the accident knowing my repair was botched. My car is messed up and I live in Florida and the shop is in Houston and I can't get anything fixed. I told them I was worrried about them not knowing anything about the electronics and computers in the new vehicles as previous customers have complained about lack of knowledge. And now I'm dealing with that problem. I honestly hope after this botched repair that this company starts doing something right for their customers. I urge people to not go here. This place has brought me nothing but hell along with progressive. Nothing in my car works, all the sensors have been out and it's been because of being rear ended as I already have been told by a Nissan dealership.
