If I could give a higher rating than a five star I most definitely would, the customer service this shop has is awesome ,this is the first shop I have visited and contacted that has had patience and professional 100% from beginning to end. I ordered and canceled couldn’t make my mind up he refunded me right away, but I decided to go ahead today and place the order he kept his word and ordered the rims and tires and had them earlier than expected and got right on it when I showed up and was respectful and professional I highly recommend this shop. I don’t leave reviews usually but they were above and beyond ?? Thank you guys

Let me preface this review with that fact I am a female who knows NOTHING about automobiles. I had reached out to AW&T to inquire about getting all black rims, and Randall was not only quick to respond, but was so patient and understanding with giving me insight and information! We settled on painting my rims because I didn't want to be "too fancy" - but he was awesome about explaining the cost and giving me other options in my budget. Even when i didn't go with his other recommendations, he was totally understanding and he made the entire experience feel personal, like he was there to help and I wasn't just another client. My jeep came out better than i could ever imagine, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.I highly recommend going here for all your tire/wheel needs. Everyone I spoke with at the shop was amazing, professional, helpful, and patient as again - i had no idea what i was talking about or wanted!!!

When I first moved back to Houston I was looking for a tire place to visit consistently. I've been to quite a few of the tire places in the North side and I can honestly say AW&T is the best. Amazing customer service, from tire checks and tire patches, to replacing valves on my tires and then getting all new tires for my Dodge Caliber (original, at that), Randall is great. Very informative and flexible, takes the time to sit with you, does a thorough job, great financing WITH PERKS (tire rotations and roadside service), there is no better. Whether you're experienced and knowledgeable about your car or know not even the first thing about cars, you can come here with confidence that you won't get stiffed or upsold for no good reason! 100% recommend!!????
