I am gluten intolerant and they sell ANCIENT GRAIN BREAD and so far so good. Thats why celiacs can eat the bread in Europe. It’s less processed. It’s almost impossible to find this kind of bread. The owner is very knowledgeable about health. I am definitely returning for help with weight gain !
