I wanted to share my positive experience as a customer of State Farm insurance company. Diana Galvan, a risk advisor in the Alicia DuBose office, assisted me in setting up my auto insurance. She was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions. She also made the process very easy and quick.
My policy coverage was customized to fit what I needed, including discounts that she discussed with me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service Diana provided in getting my auto insurance policy setup.

Walzette is the best. Alicia has a great team. I'm so happy that I changed from Direct to State Farm. Not only do I have better insurance, I also have better rates, and better customer service. I love it here!

I called yesterday to get car insurance. Like many of us I am penny pinching.
So glad I got someone with patience to answer questions Estevan was knowledgeable and helped me make my decision, even when I got irritated he calm me down explaining each little question I had . Wow what great person to have gotten my call. Thank you for greatly helping me .
