The Dr. and staff are wonderful. They are the best and only place I trust with my fur babies. My mom used to bring our pets here when I was a child and I am still bringing my pets here. Highly recommend!

The reason why i put 1 star is because i tried to take my pet and i was told to go the next day. It was still business hours open. I even told the girl i was 2 minutes away and i still didnt got the help i needed.

We are so glad we found this hospital for our babies!
We recently took in a very sick and malnourished puppy, even though we already owned 5 dogs. When we realized the puppy was not looking any better after having him almost a week, we found this amazing hospital. From the first phone call they were so kind and schedule us right away. When we got here I was so amazed at how genuine the staff is. From check in to check out the whole process was so reassuring. When we found out hookworms had almost sucked the life out of our new baby, our first doctor was very clear and to the point. Without us having to say we couldn’t afford a blood transfusion they were already explaining our 2nd option for at home medicine and treatment to try and save him. They also informed us the other dogs would need to be treated. Scared for my other dogs, I immediately came back up to do tests on my 2 oldest dogs. This time I was seen by a 2nd doctor. As I answered questions about my oldest dogs, i started to feel embarrassed and made a comment about how we were trying to be better dog parents. The response I received was “we aren’t here to judge, we are just here when you are ready”
Just hearing that brought such a peace to my soul and I knew I found the right place to care for my babies. My wife went up for our 3rd visit to get our 2 middle dogs tested. When our sassy/scaredy boy wanted to growl and do a protect, they didn’t judge him at all and simply gave my wife a soft muzzle to put on him. This time my wife saw a 3rd doctor who was just as nice as the first 2!! I am so thankful for every person we have come into contact with here. I’m terrible with names but I think the main nurse we had each time was named Cassie? But every single person here was so kind and helpful! I will recommend this hospital to everyone

Everything was going well until when I paid they changed the price 3 times. They had already given me the cost in writing twice and when I paid they increased it because they had made a mistake.

My husband took our dog in to get surgery for pyometra after the surgery she was only provided pain medication and no antibiotics which she should have because i was told by a previous animal hospital.A week later she develops a hot spot that became badly infected when we return to get her staples removed we was told that that happens after surgery from heating pads.When the cut my dog hair and saw how bad it was the doctor began to ask if we fought our dog with another dog? whom just had surgery from them.hell no then they said it's a racoon or a spider bite which isn't true my dog is a house dog.It was their fought because if she would have had the antibiotics in the first place she wouldn't have to have 40% of skin removed from her entire right side and now she's taking 70 pills to clear up this problem that a very healthy dog shouldn't have had to go through in the first place.On top off that I'm African American and you ask if I fought my dog because of her breed . I don't recommend this place if you love your dog.$ 3,200 paid in full

Came here last minute on a Saturday they were nice enough to fit me in. Everyone was so nice and professional and our vet was super knowledgeable, attentive and put me at ease with my pups cough. Highly recommend this place

Staff is extremely rude and constantly mocking pets and their owners in the back. The prices have also drastically raised. It is no longer worth the hassle and long phone wait times. I do not recommend this clinic.

Very disappointed in this place, I told the receptionist more than 5 times that I only wanted a bath and a nail, eye and mustache cut. He told me it was fine and within an hour he called me to tell me that it was more than 150 dollars. I told him how could it be so expensive and I repeated to him that I didn't want a haircut because the decoration of a Chih Tzu is its hair. They didn't respect my opinion and left him completely bald and ugly. They have hurt my feelings ?

Came in during the aftermath from storm Beryl… They had no power , running on a generator and had the best pet customer service one could ask for. They were super fast and extremely kind. My dog was side swiped by a vehicle. I had called 3 different emergency vets after driving to one (they were closed due to no power) her injuries wasn’t that serious, but they covered all areas of care for her. And My bill was super low… i just knew i was going to have to pay a minimum of at least $300-$400….even with it not being too serous. For a visit alone i just knew i would leave broke and broken… But to my surprise my bill was less than $175 … We are now 5 days without electricity… life is stressful enough. Thank you guys for taking good care of my Lucy.

The service & treatment for my puppies and dogs was wonderful. The staff is kind, helpful and respectful. Will be definitely coming back again.
