Wonderful female owned gym. It's equipped with everything you need and open 24 hrs. Always very clean and never crowded. They also have a shake bar to get your delicious protein treats, pre work outs ect. The owner Danielle, is super nice empowering woman.

I got a strawberry banana smoothie with double protein! It was deliciously made!!I highly recommend Aldine Fitness Gym if you want to work out and get that protein in!Not all gyms offer a smoothie place !Aldine Fitness Gym does!

We are the first 24 hr warehouse fitness gym and nutrition club open to everyone in our Aldine, TX community . Staff hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 1pm \ 4pm - 8 pm and Saturday and Sundays from 8 am - 1 pm . During these hours we do tours , in person signup, and place your orders. We offer monthly memberships, annual memberships , and daily passes. We offer a wide range of workout equipment and also have a nutrition center that offers herbal teas with aloe vera, meal replacements, protein smoothies, energy teas, refreshers, smoothie bowls, frappes and lift off Energy shots ! Come check us out. Monthly membership $50 ,annual $480, day pass $10 during staff hours only , 7 day punch card during staff hours only $25. 24 hr member access
