SINCE THIS PLACE WANTS TO DELETE REVIEWS!!!DONT AND I REPEAT DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY. this place only cares about taking every single cent from you. my friend took her dog here because of an emergency but instead they were tying to get her to euthanize her dog and telling her that her dog wasn't going to make it thru the night, WHEN HER DOG IS PERFECTLY FINE NOW AND STILL ALIVE. they kept making smart little jokes about my friends pet, and treating him as if he stinks or something. when they kept telling her that she needed to euthanize and she said no the nurses straight up told her "i hope you know he's gonna suffer then" NOW TELL ME WHAT PROFESSIONAL NURSE/VET TECH SAYS THAT TO A PATIENT. DUMB UNPROFESSIONAL LADY THE DOG IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL!!! Then not only that, they wanted to shove a credit card down my friends throat right after making her cry and while she’s still crying and telling her that her pet "wouldn't make it thru the night"HES STILL ALIVE AND KICKINAVOID THIS PLACESTOP DELETING THE BAD REVIEWS AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

SECOND TIME POSTING ; THEY TRYING TO DELETE MY STORYHonestly I'm never one to complain ; I understand when something can't get done or when there are circumstances that stop me n the clinic from getting certain procedures done but the way they handled me n my situation made me feel uncomfortable n left me wondering if these clinics really care for our pets n are being sympathetic with our situations . like why work in a profession where its needs to show kindness and sympathy if ur gonna act ugly and disrespectful. To explain my situation my dog has been sick for about two years now with a cough n some other matters as well n i've taken him to multiple places n different vets have given me different antibiotics and medicines but nothing ever seems to have a long term effect on him. I've never gone further than a simple clinic bcs of my finances , each visit would always range 300-600 just so my dog could still be in the same situation. A couples weeks ago around nov my dog got really sick n needed medical attention n my first visit with them was good , i didn't feel uncomfortable n i thought they seemed to show that they cared n were not just trying to take as much money from my situation. I wanted to continue to see them so i made a follow up appointment; when i showed i was greeted n shown to my room n i could hear the nurses making little jokes about the way my dog sounded saying things like “maybe some water” (bcs he has a cough) i didn't say nothing bcs i was too concerned with how much this was gonna cost and what they would tell me , when the girl came in she looked like she didnt even wanna touch my dog n when the doctor came in as well she had her shirt lifted over her nose the whole time. Like just get a mask?? TfThey took some x-rays of my baby bcs he had fluid in his lungs n he wanted to see how much , so we went to the back n he explained that my dog wasnt gonna make it , he said that he didn't even think he'd make it that night, of course i instantly started crying bcs i don't have animal HOSPITAL money. The doctor said taking him to do overnight tests n blood work at an animal hospital would be 1000-1300 even more bcs that would just be one overnight visit. I told them i don't have money for that n he started to tell me about this credit card that they promote, now i was distraught n crying bcs i was just told i my dog isnt gonna make it n their practically shoving this application down my throat, the doctor didn't even give me a choice to make he brought me to the room n the receptionist came to talk to me about my payment , she brought the pamphlet and tried telling me that it wasn't just for vet it's for all medical needs .I explained to her that i didn't want to getting into some debt n start a whole credit with them if my dog wasn't even going to make it , i've had an experience before where my family n i found a stray puppy that was sick and we wanted to help and keep him but when we took him to an actual animal hospital all they did was charge us almost 1000 to put him down bcs he had too many problems n trying to keep him alive was gonna cost more than the euthanization itself. I explained this to the receptionist n told her if he (my current pet) was gonna pass it'd be FREE and at home with his family on his bed where he feels more comfortable , and all this women said to me was “well i hope you know he's gonna suffer”At first i didnt processes how horrible the whole experience was until i got home and told my friends , family and even my coworkers and everyone agreed’d that what the clinic was trying to do was suck every penny out even doe id just end up with a dead dog anyways. Dont take ur pets here unless ur trying to waste ur time money and energy.

Dr. McGowan is so sweet! You can tell he loves animals… and they love him. They are a little pricey but I love that they go over the pricing and let you know what is necessary and within budget.

I was looking forward to meeting the vets and see your new clinic.I called looking for offive visit $, vacs fees ect but Jackie was very short, impatient, not very professional over the phone. Around 20$ is an assumption not an exact price. This is not the way to start a relationship.Oh well there are too many vets in the Aldine area, I truly was looking forward to doing business with yall. I have seven dawgs that need a profound vets services. What could hv been God's way of saying move on to the next oneRegards best wishes and congrats on your new facilty just wish WE could hv been part of your "DREAMS",as your tv show proclaim.

*AVOID THIS PLACE, if you do not want to be nickle and dimed over EVERYTHING*I HAD to give a star, but they don't deserve it at all!Where do I even begin?? I have used this facility for over 8 years!Over just this past 10 months, I have spent THOUSANDS in this place for various issues with my personal dogs. They know me & my husband by name AND know my dogs when they see them...There has been a puppy that had been living in our shop yard for a few weeks. This morning, he was hit by a car and on the side of the road. He was still alive but had internal bleeding into his belly.I scooped him up, and took him to this despicable place. They charged me $230 to humanely put down a STRAY!!!!!!!! I can understand nothing in this life is free, but $230 FOR A STRAY, and you charge me for the disposal of his little body?????I have found there are MANY places that charge nothing as a "Good Samaritan" act!!And on top of that, the vet tech reminded me 3 TIMES that I needed to go up front to pay, like they don't know how often I am in there and I am deemed untrustworthy!!!! I was there when he was put down, how does that make me look heartless enough to not pay this OBSCENE amount of money!?!?!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR all around!!*AVOID THIS PLACE, if you do not want to be nickle and dimed over EVERYTHING*

I only bring my dog Max to Cy-Fair Animal Hospital. He is 13 years old. Here’s 5 reasons why:1. The staff is so amazing. They all love the pets and you can tell as soon as you walk in.2. You can always expect the facility to be clean. Never any strange smells or messes. Very well kept.3. The prices are great. The Doctors and nurse staff never recommend non-needed items to make more money. HIGH INTEGRITY4. They care about your pet as much as you do. Very consultative approach to veterinary medicine.5. I don’t leave my Max with anyone, not even family. So I gain confidence in this location every time I pick up Max from a procedure. He is so happy!Highly recommend for vaccines, dental cleanings, injuries, etc. - Max has been here for all of the above. 5-stars, trust me! Special shout out to Dr. Keisha Burnett & Dr.Walter-John McGowan. They’re amazing and know what they’re doing.

A quick note to thank Cy Fair Animal Hospital for helping several of us with recent care of an abandoned litter of puppies. We appreciate your expert suggestions and ongoing vet care to get them off to a good start in life. The advice on getting them through their puppy shots and spaying is much appreciated. Everyone in their office is kind and professional, and you can tell from the moment that you walk in that they really love animals.

I like to feel safe with the staff and this place definitely provides that. The staff is very nice over the phone and in person especially. The person I spoke to was Norma and they were great!
