These guys are ridiculous. My wife and I ordered a tv from Sam's Club and got an email letting us know it was picked up by the shipping and we would receive an email for scheduling. We received the email from AIT and it said they would contact us a week from the day they picked it up to schedule delivery. So I thought hopefully I can expedite this and call there customer service. They then tell me that it was picked up in a city 3 hours from my house and I will have to wait the week before I can schedule delivery. So now it is going to be over a week before we receive our tv and it was shipped from 3 hours away. Seriously the US Post office isn't even this inefficient

SAM'S Club should replace this lame logistic services. They are late over a week and when you call , they provide wrong information and excuses. Very unethical business.

So different from any shipping company I've worked with. Brian helped me a lot when I was late trying to drop off a pallet. He really cared and found a solution. I get ignored at fedex, abf, old dominion. I wait an hour and they literally forget I'm still there. Not at AIT. They will return your calls and go beyond what's expected. Will definitely use AIT again!

Can't give delivery dates, makes lame excuses and this is supposed to be logistics company !!. Sam's club should learn from Costco on how to pick a good delivery, logistics company. Horrible!!

Google should give the option for CERO stars. I have being dealing with this company from over 3 weeks. I purchased an electronic from SAMS, the item arrived to their sorting facility on November 11. Since them I have being calling to find out , when they will be delivering my purchase. Every time that I call someone incompetent or rude (or both) tell me a different story. Today is December first and they are telling me that maybe on December 6 I will have LUCK. Really?

AIT helped provide a great service on imports from Asia. We have been experiencing high cost and delays and AIT was able to reduce cost as well provide timely update.

We use AIT all the time to ship our Pipeline Inspection Tools across the country and world. They have always met our expectations and we would not consider using anyone else. Brian's team at AIT is the best to work with hands down. If there were ever any shipping delays they are prompt to continually update us. We use their LTL, Hot Shot, and Overseas shipping services. 5 Stars and no less

AIT bent over backwards to help our company out with an urgent import.Called them in a Friday night, sent documents over on Saturday morning, The AIT Houston team cleared the shipment on Sunday and had delivered to our location Monday morning by 11am.Awesome Job! Jen

I have worked with AIT for over 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience working with them. They have helped me with my international shipments as well as my domestic shipments as well and have update me throughout the entire process. The Houston office is courteous and has always handled my shipments in a timely and professional matter.

probably the worst freight company I've had to use, will never go through them again. Slow responsive time, dispatch guys have zero knowledge on what they're doing. I wish I could give zero stars.
