I purchased my dining room table from this store and I am very pleased with the service I received. I had a few issues with the table upon receiving it because there were missing pieces. However, I am very satisfied with the customer service because of the way they handled the problem. I didn't want to go back to the store so they came to me and replaced everything. Throughout the process I was assisted by this very kind and professional older gentleman. Every time I went into the store he greeted me with a smile and was always so nice and attentive. Thank you for a great experience.

Went there today and had the most horrible experience!! The GULF FREEWAY LOCATION!! Rude finance lady and very disrespectful, attempted to talk to me like I was lower than her however she saw that I was not going to tolerate her and her rude outbursts. I will not send any of my family or friends to this establishment or location I am just looking to receive my furniture pay and be done with them. I’d rather take my business elsewhere. She made this furniture shopping experience HORRIBLE!! Please find someone that values their customers AFFORDABLE FURNITURE!!

Amazing prices and great customer service! They were so nice and attentive, even gave us a discount on top of an already on sale item!! Yes!!!! I highly recommended this place 110 percent! Maria was the awesome person that helped us and I will be back to this store for my other furniture needs.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They will not sell you the items for the price that they posted on here! Spent hours in their store a couple days ago and today it was a horrible experience!!!!!!

Purchased furniture less then one year ago and it is falling in. I contacted the store and was told the salesman lies and no longer works there and it is no one there problem what he told me. I asked is the quality of the merchandise that poor it doesn't last a year I was told yes by the manager that claims he is not the owner.

Ok there things are great Ashley is a great product. . my husband and I went there march 2017to buy a new bedroom set. They had delivered our set on time but yep there's a but we had to go back because they didn't bring the boxsprings that which we thought that came with the set. What do SET means? The guy Hassuin that helped us he no longer there so I cant fuss at him. Well next time I won't go there . I was going to get my table set but they might want us to pay for each chair separate. Lol
