STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.I’m new in the area and I was really hoping to have a good experience at this shop but it was a totally SCAM. I took my vehicle to check some noise in the suspension, engine light and the heater wasn’t working. After using the scanner they say it the oxygen sensor, then after two days they said it was both catalytic converter. Same happened with the heater, that said one thing and they changed to something more expensive. I agreed with the first estimate ($2,800) I asked If could pay with their “finance service” and they said I was approved for ($4,200). After more than a week later, Oscar said that found more problems to fix the heater and he had to charge more ($3,800). I didn’t agree to that and he “worked with me” to leave it on ($3,300). I had no choice but pay cause I was traveling out of town. At the end, they didn’t fix the noise in the suspension and all he had to say was “maybe the problem are the struts”. Maybe????

Oscar and his team are the absolute best. My dad had been going here for years because of the price. When I had a major accident and needed a reasonable price for repairs, I decided to come here. So glad I did. They are upfront about what's necessary and what's not. They do a great job and they are always friendly to those who come to their shop. Highly, highly recommend. Will probably never go anywhere else!

I have had several incredibly stressful emergency & pretty pricey repairs that needed immediate attention. I'm so glad I chose Affordable Complete Car Care to be the ones that took care of those things. First time working with them, they treated me like family and watching them interact with other customers hearing/seeing the mood of the customer instantly change for the better, I knew I was in the right place. The customer service and genuine communication, kindness of the store owner/manager and his team is exactly what makes me want to choose them first everytime. 2nd experience was exactly the same as the first, genuine and great customer experience! I have used the shop before with modest results, went back because the issue I took it for wasn’t fully resolved. I had issues with my tail light. I dropped off the car in the morning and didn’t hear anything back from the shop at 5:30pm. I called and got an update that they didn’t know what was causing the failure (which was later contradicted). After I asked why I didn’t get an update Oscar said they changed the bulb and it was working but “somebody connected a hot wire” going to the light. They only place that’s worked on my lights in the last year is this place. I mentioned this to him and told him this is the third time my car has been in his shop for this issue. Oscar said my records only show you’ve been here twice and we have never worked on your lights. Unbelievable!! The last time it was in the shop on 7/5/23 they worked on my tail lights and had to clean the connectors and said nothing else was wrong. Two weeks later my son got pulled over for the same tail lights not working. I simply wanted the lights fixed. When I went to pick up the car Oscar smugly said “we fixed your lights”. I almost felt bad for reading him the riot act for his poor service until 38 minutes later, the same tail light wasn’t working again. Don’t go to this place. Anyone that tells you “I’m very honest” typically isn’t.Services: Electrical repair

I came at 9 am for a brake check . Workers sat and looked at me for 30 minutes . Didn’t ask what I need or how they can be of service. I rolled my window down to get workers attention . Still was ignored . White guy came up and they started talking . Seems a bit fishy so I left . Their customer service sucks and seems a bit racist if you ask me .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! These guys are the best. They are highly knowledgeable and let me know of all the repairs that my car needed. They went the extra mile to fix my bumper that was coming lose on one side with no charge. It's always hard to find a good mechanic and I'm glad I found them. Won't go anywhere else!

Giving that I couldn’t get my car to the dealership to get it repaired on time, I took a chance taking it somewhere else. I’m so glad I did! Not only did Affordable Car Care do a great job but the service was amazingly fast. They were great about explaining what the problem was. I didn’t have to wait long before it was repaired and finished. The price was reasonable and affordable. Their customer service was phenomenal.
