I contacted AAG and asked many questions before I hired them to replace my windshield. I was told they hook things back up, but I might have to get things calibrated if it doesn’t function 100% accurately, so I felt I knew where they stood before I paid to have someone come to my house to replace the windshield. Shortly after the new windshield was installed, something came out of the headliner and hung in my field of vision. I contacted Affordable Auto Glass about the issue. The employee proceeded to mansplain to me that it was an after-market antenna. I am the only owner of my car and everything was 100% brand new when I bought the new vehicle. He then told me to get some double-sided tape and to stick it back under the headliner. He offered no help despite the fact that I paid extra to have someone come to my house as well as the fact that all of this was addressed before I decided to do business with him. This business just wants your money. They will tell you what you want to hear up front, but once they get your money, they don’t honor the work and then they talk down to you. I may be a female, but I know my car was 100% new and had no after-market parts added to my car at the time of purchase from a legitimate Honda dealership. I now have an antenna that obstructs my view when I’m driving. I DO NOT recommend this business. They don’t back up their work and they do not deserve your money. I replaced my windshield so I could see clearly. My field of vision is much worse because of the dangling antenna now. They could have suggested I come to them and then tape the antenna up but they couldn’t be bothered. Instead, they just mansplained the situation, leaving me worse off than before I had my windshield replaced. Don’t bother wasting your time and money on this place. They only want your money and then they leave you in a pickle once the glass is installed.

I went to this place because it was recommended to me by friends. I did not have a great experience. People were very short with me. I get back in my truck to find they didn’t replace my glass with one with a window defroster. So now I can’t defrost that window. They also didn’t feel the need to vacuum or clean the many many shard of glass they lost when removing the window. Finally, they burned my leather seat and didn’t even say anything about it. I usually keep my back seat propped up cause nobody rides with me. So 2 days later I put it down to find a 1/4” burn in my seat. If you value your car you will just take it to professionals.

I was a little worried at first regarding my car getting damaged when getting worked on just because of the reviews; but it all went so well. The person at the front desk assisted me well, i got a waiting time of 3hrs but they ended up doing the replacement pretty fast under the time stated. No damage was done whatsoever. Glad I came here for a replacement!

TLDR: If you're looking for an affordable auto glass replacement, this is it. However, keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Quality of work isn't great.
I went to get my passenger front window replaced on my WRX. The first window they put in resulted in problems while rolling up or down so I took my car back. They tried another aftermarket window but apparently it also had problems so they put the original replacement in. They also tinted the window so I had to wait a few days before I could test it out. When 3 days passed, I tried to roll down the window and noticed that it wasn't smooth (the rate of going up or down wasn't consistent and would slow down sometimes). It was at this point when I noticed that the seal that is attached to the door panel and touches the window kept shifting when the window was moving. At this point I decided to take matters into my own hands and took the door panel off. Sure enough the lining or whatever it's called had detached from the door panel and all I had to do was bend some tabs to reattach it correctly. It was at this time I realized that they also completely removed the plastic lining from the inside of the door. This plastic lining, while not entirely necessary, does help keep the inside of the door panel from getting dirty.

Had my windshield changed here and I guess it broke when they were replacing the old one. Found broken glass all over my car, inside the vents and outside by the wipers guess it was too much trouble to vacuum it up. Also scratched my paint

I went in for a repair and ended up getting a whole windshield replacement. The staff was friendly and courteous. And I ended up paying less than quoted. Shout out to George who did my replacement, you're the mf truth.

The window repair on my suburban didn’t close properly. I had to come back to check again with them.
