The facility was very clean and well put together. The ladies were all very sweet and made sure we got some great photos even when baby was hiding behind cord or covering face! They were welcoming and very accommodating. We got soooo many pictures as well! My daughter was thrilled about choosing and getting the stuffed animal with her brother’s heartbeat.

My experience was amazing! We got to see our sweet baby boy in 4D in multiple different angles, hear his heartbeat, and received so many great pictures that I’ll cherish forever. You could see every detail! I highly recommend them to see your precious baby before they’re born. It was more than expected and we will definitely be going back when we have another!

These ladies are amazing!! Always friendly, and very professional! I came for a 14 week gender reveal and my tech wasn’t sure of the sex. She asked another tech to come and verify before revealing the information. I will recommend them to everyone and will return for more ultrasounds ?

All the girls were very friendly, the Mother's Day special included a gift and a dessert area, I loved the detail of being able to take photos with my family with the decoration! I've already scheduled my next visit! Super recommended!

So you book and appointment but they don’t start your visit till their ready. I had an appointment at 10:30am, and we were taken in at 10:45. What’s the time point of an appointment if it isn’t going to take place as scheduled? The website says that if on the day of the scan the baby’s face is not showing good, you will get a free re-scan another time. Well I got a few good pics because the baby kept hiding face and I felt like the technician was forcing the baby to move by poking my belly a lot and it made me a little uncomfortable. It made me feel like she was trying to avoid having me to come back for that re-scan. Also the package says I would get my baby’s heartbeat and I didn’t get it, I forgot to ask for that at the time because I was more focused on getting to see my baby. The technician also said she would confirm baby’s gender at end of the session, but she didn’t do a good job at doing that, she rushed through it because our time was up. I believe she was only able to “confirm” gender because I had told her in the beginning of our session what I was having so I feel like she basically gave me information she already knew. We didn’t get to take a family picture at their “famous keepsake balloon wall”, when I asked the receptionist if we could do that.. she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. She said oh we’re not doing that today. Which confused me because the package says that is optional. I had high expectations coming in but left feeling like I didn’t get a good experience.
