After spending the morning consoling my children that their new baby bird passed away this woman verbally attacked me in front of my child blaming us and gaslighting us.

I’ve never met such a rude woman (old lady with white hair). She cussed out the bird we were looking at for simply existing. She then proceeded to come in the shop when she didn’t think we could hear and cuss about how horrible we are because we offered her $1000 for a bird. This place isn’t a sanctuary for birds. It’s a place for bird to die. Don’t come here. Someone take away their birds please.
