Amazing service! Barry kept me informed, he was exceptional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered when I called and explained the services needed and costs. I particularly liked the inspection video and report. The service report was easy to read and understandable. I would definitely recommend Advantage BMW Midtown service and repair for your BMW needs. Thanks Barry for your outstanding customer service and for making this a great experience!

Very clear communication and great service work. Helped apply discounts that I wasn't even aware of. Friendly and courteous even with sending an uber to help get me around to pick up my vehicle.

Vu in the Parts Department is my superhero! Before I completed my question, he had the part on the counter without moving a muscle! Great customer service and smiled the entire time! He’s a mine reader! Thank you Vu!

My name is Chantelle W. and I visited Advantage BMW Service Parts on 1/31/20. The customer service is beyond remarkable. Kiara helped me get started when I first arrived. Adam from parts was very helpful with helping me pick out a license plate cover and tire valve stem caps. He was very patient and kind! Thanks for the great customer service. Awesome place to visit if you need service. You guys “ROCK”!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PARTS DEPARTMENT!!! Recently, I tried purchasing parts online and each time (3) my order was rejected. When I contacted the store the first time, I was instructed to try again using another card, that the reason their system wasn’t allowing my card to go through was because I had used the card out of town before. Needless to say, I’ve never heard of anything like that. To save a long story, I placed the order three times and the transaction was cancelled each time by the staff. At this point they tried explaining to me that they no longer sell online to the general public, their sales are reserved strictly for businesses. In my opinion this is absolutely insane! The website is clearly open to the public. So at this point I asked if I could just come by the store and pick up the items, but they assured me that would NOT honor the online prices. Placing the order online brought my total to $270, whereas placing the order at the store would now cost me $500!! This is poor service, and robbery!! I would highly encourage others never to purchase parts through BMW midtown. As so many of us are affected by the financial hardship of Covid, it’s unbelievable that BMW midtown parts department would try and force me to pay such a higher rate.
