I was really interested in a car here and thought the dealership offered me a great amount for my trade in. I went home and completed a credit application to get the process started and waited to hear what my payment would be. I received a text saying the “absolute lowest” monthly payment they would be willing to offer. When I texted back and asked what the breakdown of the payment was and where that number came from, I never received a reply. It’s now been over a week so I guess they don’t want my business but very annoyed my credit was ran for no reason.

My son visited the preowned location with a preappoval through one of Capital One vendors. We were directed to this location as they are listed on their site as one of the participating dealerships and they had a car he was interested in purchasing. Our intentions were to use the preapproval to avoid the hassle of going through different banks etc. Well they insisted to try their affiliates first which we knew that wouldn’t work which is why we chose to go through the preappoval route. After their lenders we not interested in financing we wanted to move forward with the pre approval we received. The salesman states the finance manager stated they do not work with capital one third party lenders, yet the dealership is listed on the site. We went back to the car and contacted the company he received the preapproval from and they confirmed they’ve worked with this location for 15 years. It’s unfortunate this location didn’t want to do business with us. The question is why. I would not recommend this location if you plan to go through the preapproval process. At the end of the day we were able to get him a vehicle he’s really pleased with after we left this location….

It was a pleasure doing business with Malai, she got us in a great car just in time for Christmas. Process was quick with no hassle, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Definitely recommend her and this dealership!

It has been almost a month with my vehicle and I am very pleased with my purchase. Both in how the vehicle runs/feel and with my experience at the dealership. I had driven from out of town and had been in contact with Malai on the way there all the way until the end, she was amazing to work with. I couldn’t pick something up at the dealership and they made sure to have it mailed to my home. A great experience overall and would recommend it to anyone!
