Very disappointed overall. 3 guys showed up in their smaller truck and when I asked why, they said "we were told you were moving out of a one bedroom apartment, not a two bedroom so we brought the smaller truck, guess we'll just have to make 2 trips" clearly their plan all along in my opinion, more time on the clock means more money and I was VERY clear when booking with the OWNER that I was in a two bedroom. While the guys were nice, they were super slow and 2 of them stood around half the time, sometimes on their phone because "the lead guy is super picky about how things are done so we wait for him to tell us what to do and don't do anything until directed to" (again, wasting more time on the clock and costing me more money) I have all white furniture that wasn't wrapped and I literally watched them set my VERY expensive white couch down on its front, back and side several times in the breezeway while carrying to the truck, where everyone walks including pets, bikes etc. I was mortified. I phoned the owner between trios but he didn't care to discuss. When the move was done and the gave me the grand total of $770 I said let me call the owner, but the lead guy beat me to it to give him a heads up that I was calling and that I wasn't happy, and of course the owner wouldn't answer my calLa so I paid it and sent the guys on their way. I've moved a lot in my life and this by far was the worst experience I've encountere, it was shady from the get go or I would have sent them on their way but I had to be out of my apartment so I really had no other choice. I definitely would not recommend them and after reading all the reviews, it's clear that I'm not the only one that wouldn't use them again.

Extremely pleased. They arrived on-time and got right to work, They took great care in wrapping everything. They were very professional. They started around 9:30a and had everything loaded, transported from Sugarland to College Station, and unloaded by 6p. I tried to have everything disassembled but missed a desk and cabinet set, they took it apart and put it together in the new home. Thank you Edward and your crew Miguel & Ray for making a stressful move easy.

I used their services in 2019 and I had an amazing experience with their moving service. They were late to the appointment but they took care of the move very efficiently. I had everything packed for them except for the furniture. No damages. Very professional. Only downside - I tipped them per the internet guidelines of $4-5 per person per hour but they weren't very satisfied with it (not sure of this should be a red flag but it was a little awkward).

These guys are excellent. They will do the small moves others won't. Had me set up in a day to do a short move from garage to storage. Our movers Dion, Christian, and Kendall were fast and efficient and did a great job of organizing our storage unit so that everything we needed to fit made it in there. Great attitudes and easy to work with as well which is alway a plus!

Really nice guys and really seem to know what they are doing in terms of lifting, but they were three hours late (and did not notify us until we called them) and did not wear masks. Advanced Apartment Movers, you owe it to your customers to protect them from COVID-19.

They were late. One smelled of alcohol. They were slow and disorganized. They broke some of my glass. And they broke my bed.

If I could give zero I would 1. NO MASK or gloves like I requested and demanded. 2. Broke my stuff. No wrapping of furniture, glass, pictures unless I asked. And I provided my own supplies but tried to charge me for it.3. Only 2 men instead of three like l was quoted. 4. Did not have a large truck truck as quoted. Had to make 4 trips.5. They were unaware I was in a 1500 sft house and not an apartment. I asked specifically if they move houses, several times I was assured they did. 6. Took an hour break and detour to gas station. 7. 10 freaking hours? REALLY. I was quoted a minimum of 4hrs. I thought that was to long.I move myself the 1st time to my 3 bedroom home in 2.5DON'T USE THEM!

We hired these movers to move a 10x10 storage unit into a 1-story 3 bedroom house. They dropped several boxes while at the storage unit, one of which being glass dishes, that are now broken. Once we got to the house they scrapped up my laundry room door and frame trying to shove my loveseat through it. Then once they got the loveseat through the hall, they twisted and turned it and scrapped up my hallway walls. I am now spending my off day touching up paint in various places in my home. Oh, they also delivered my table and lost the screws that were taped to the bottom of it.

Where can I started? Before booking with them, I told them I will have my furniture broken down for them to cut down the time, thinking it will help...IT DIDN'T!!!! The man acted as if he couldn't unhook the washer, which I told him two times they can just leave it and I will be responsible for it. Taking him longer. I saw them take their sweet time. They took two hours just to load up from my old apartment. I went to the store after they was done loading up, you will think they would have left the apartments by then but they didn't. I called to complain and say I will only keep them for three hours. The driver came in the new place, closer to the three hours, telling me this was the last piece and I was running over my three hours. Leaving me with two beds not put back together, my table as well and the washer and dryer. I called to complain and the manager Wayne said they will do everything for me without going over my time except the washer and dryer. I was okay with that. I stepped outside to take a phone call and I see the driver leaving. I asked him did they put both beds together and he said "no. The twin size bed was not put together when they came so that was my problem." I called to complain again only to get an attitude. I'm almost single months pregnant dealing with unprofessional people. I feel the workers think it is okay to be rude because the manager is very rude himself, quick to get off the phone with you and have no compassion. I WILL NEVER use this company again!!!!

Worst company EVER!! I was scheduled for a Saturday morning, between 8am-11am. It was 8pm and they STILL had not arrived. I ended up rescheduling for Sunday morning, just because I couldn’t find last minute movers. Once they finally arrived the next morning, they DID NOT HAVE they tools to take my furniture apart. Wth is that?! If you’re a moving company, you’re supposed to have EVERYTHING needed for the services you provide. They also do not take care of your future. They don’t cover or wrap items that can me peeled or damaged. I recommend you looking for a different company before wasting your time with this one.

TERRIBLE---so terrible. They scammed us by giving the name as "advanced services professional mover so we couldn't see all these crappy reviews. They showed up in "advanced apt movers"--took them 4 hours to move a 1200sqft 2 bedroom bungalow. Some movers on the crew were kind, others were rude. Wayne, the owner, was also rude, dismissive, threatened to cause of bodily harm bc we wanted to pay with a check. This company is one to stay away from , which may be hard bc they are changes location frequently .

Right on time! And thanks to Cesar, Rusty, and Josh, my furniture was moved WITHOUT A SINGLE SCRATCH! We caused a bit of damage when putting the couch up the stairs and into the playroom ourselves, but they managed to get both the couch and love seat down the stairs and into the garage with NO damage to the furniture or walls. Will hire again!
