Fantastic experience here. It was my first time getting service. Super friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. I actually worked from their lobby area for a few hours while I waited on the vehicle. Great space!

I brought in a 2012 Mazda 3 several weeks ago, last part of july through first part of August, was displaying a cylinder 3 misfire, I was kept up to date while analysis of my vehicle was being performed. Mechanic also found a power steering line which seemed to be at the point of rupturing, line replacement was done and a flush and fill to ensure proper function at around $1150.00. The mechanic(s) apparantly were not able to solve the misfire which cost around $2500. Here is what occured, I initially picked up my vehicle 5 days after i first brought it in as I was contacted that repair were done, 10 miles later and the same check engine light came on, same issue still occuring. I returned the vehicle for another day, I was contacted that issue was again resolved, unfortantely it was not, brought vehicle in again with same misfire code. Three times the code was still showing and the misfire was never resolved, I paid for a solution but never recieved one, I eventually took my vehicle to Jeff Haas Mazda on Katy freeway, they were succesful in solving the misfire issue by adding a full fuel system cleaning, I was prepared to have a manuel carbon buildup cleaning performed but was not needed, so my question to Adam's Automotive is, what did I pay for? I was a first time customer, needless to say I will not return. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this shop for more than oil changes, inspection stickers or similar auto needs.
In response to alleged owner feedback, I was the one whom notified your service personnel about a Mazda bulletin regarding a carbon buildup cleaning. The spark plugs were not initially replaced by your mechanic and considered okay, after getting my vehicle back for a second time and check engine light continued to display, then, the spark plugs were replaced and even after replacement I still had the same check engine misfire code appear for a third time, it’s not my fault your mechanic could not solve my issue. I will not return or recommend Adam’s Automotive if and when asked, thank you for taking time to respond.

The owners are doing it proper with their customer care. I sent my vehicle there to change the battery, they recommended additional work which I agreed to because it was mileage based work that made sense for the health of my vehicle. I explained that I had just had surgery the day before so I was not in a big hurry to get my vehicle back. When they completed the work and called to let me know the status they also decided to deliver my car to me since I could not drive at the moment.
I have not ever felt pressured to get the work they recommend done. The warranty they provide and the customer care they provide will cause me to be a loyal customer and recommend them to others. They are a bit pricey but the value of service received is worth the price.

Awesome service, good communication, and friendly staff. I was assisted by Eddie who not only informed me of all their services and looked out for me but. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the service provided, by taking a ride with me to make sure my vehicle was running as it should. I can appreciate that and totally recommend Adams Automotive.

I had a great experience with Eddie at the front desk and Niko, who worked on my car. Not only did they provide a ride to and from my home, but Niko kept me updated through it all.

I’ve been a customer at Adams Automotive for over 5 years now. My vehicle is a 2002 chevy avalanche with nearly 98k miles. I try to keep up with routine maintenance, because I intend keeping this truck for as long as possible. I took my truck in to Adams Automotive Sunday for what I thought was a battery issue. James met me at the front door and I told him of the problem I was having. He listened and asked questions, told me what they would check and would keep me updated. James and his technician (I don’t know the tech’s name ?) replaced the alternator and battery and also discovered a couple of other problems, which were serious safety issues. James gave me a loaner, and after all the repairs were done, something was still draining the new battery! James and his tech were able to quickly find the problem and worked their magic! James kept the truck overnight and all day the next day to be sure when I brought her home, all my issues would be solved! James and his tech went above and beyond to take care of me and more importantly, my only vehicle. I definitely recommend Adams Automotive for all needs, both large and small.

Best car care ever. Donovan took really good care of me and I was stress free. He put me in a loaner car while they were fixing my car.
My car is running so smooth now and better than when I got it.They also did a really good job on the car wash. I am so happy and pleased with the great all around service that I received ?!!

I've been using Adam's for over 25 years
. They're a little expensive but worth every dollar
Very knowledgeable mechanics. The staff also keeps me updated on the work that's being done.
