I frequently use the USPS station and absolutely love the friendliness of the employees. There is rarely a line and someone is always available to help you!

Store is a great; but, new person handling mail is not. Individual before was very helpful; but, new person at post office acts like you are an inconvenience to her if you ask for help. This attitude has happened a couple of times when visiting the postal area of this store.

Customer service above and beyond. Didn't get his name but the in-store mechanic went above and beyond helping me yesterday. I thought customer service like that was a thing of the past. Very much appreciated. Definite 5 star service.

Very customer oriented. Raziel went out of his way to help me find the best brick anchor for my application and then loaned me a hammer drill. Well done!

Only one cashier. Several customers in line. I have become less likely to use this store and will drive several miles to other Ace stores to receive better service. I only needed $3 in screws. I should have burnt another $3 in gas to receive better service.

Nicole made sure I had a great experience. I’m new to the area and new to home ownership and she was super friendly and helpful.
Also, the experience of going to a store like this is a million times better than the huge stores. In and out in a couple a minutes and the staff gives great service. I will be back frequently.

There are very few local hardware stores. This store has most of the small items required for one’s house and the store personnel understand their products. Please buy items from them.

They keep an extensive hardware selection. In store USPS mailing station. You can buy only the bolts you need. Can fill Propane tanks. Make keys.
