Very rude unprofessional staff and owner ... stay away from this company they refuse to help people and try to get advantage of elderly people assuming that they won't fight back

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! This company does not deserve any stars because their service is terrible. They delivered a bed to my crippled father and the bed brought bed bugs into the house. My father has to sleep on this air mattress to keep from getting bed sores. We had to get an exterminator out to spray and they were suppose to send a technician to the house to disassemble the bed so it could be fumigated. They said their technician was not available and had car trouble. They just lied to me all day long because they did not want to come disassemble the bed so it could be properly treated for the bed bugs that they brought into my parents home. These people are horrible and the customer service is incredibly substandard.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional bunch of people in Houston! I was on hold forever, but the don't actually put you on hold and you can hear them screaming at each other EVERY TIME YOU CALL. I made an appointment to have something fixed and the technician wasn't even there! Never an apology for their inability to do business like a business. Very inept in every way. I filed a formal complaint too! Just go somewhere else.
