Love this place. Been going since my oldest was born. They are quick, efficient, and always very nice. The doctors always listen and take action when necessary.

Dr. is not well-versed and conflict resolution. I was very frustrated. They sent me to quest for a certain nasal swab. Quest let me know that the nasal swab could have been done in House at the clinic. I went to two different locations at quest to find this out, I wasted my time from work as well as my gas to go.Dr. wanted to give my child more antibiotics after the first visual inspection. I stressed to the doctor how important it was for me to have a list of all the antibiotics given to my child. I received no list of the antibiotics. I’ve asked three times for this list. I mentioned over the phone to Dr. that patients need to be looked at Holistically meaning every comment needs to be looked at and evaluated before they entering a room to look at a patient. Over The Phone dr. mention how he did not know the definition of holistic. This clinic is a moneymaker for Medicaid, They do not evaluate patients symptoms precisely, They should not be looked at for serious concerns for your child’s health. Medicaid needs to reevaluate whether or not this is an approved clinic to use. They are unaware of proper procedures to send people to quest, as well as they medicate antibiotics at every every appointment. Making your child immune system weak.

Service is always fast, prompt and reassuring. Very descriptive!! Love them here. We live in Beaumont now for 8 years , I still won't change my kid's doctor since birth!

If only I could give 0 stars. Staff is incompetent and extremely RUDE, it was as if I was speaking with rude HS students. YES, I was upset. First the day of the appointment, the front desk lady could not pull up the correct patient, telling me the incorrect patients information, I do not know why because I kept telling her that was the wrong patient. Then when she could finally put in the simple DOB and pull up my child, she could not even fill out a back to school note correctly per the doctors instructions. Sent him back to school not realizing the note was incorrect and school called to pick hum up per the notes instructions which did not make sense to us because the doctor said he has to be fever free for 24 hours. Called and after they could figure out what was going on we were told it would be sent immediately. It WASN'T! Repeatedly called and could not get an answer on where it was, mean while my child is in the clinic with other sick children waiting, missing class and missing lunch. Finally I was told I could come up there and get it myself. When I finally arrived to get it, they put the office manager MO on the phone and he instructed me if I did not like the way it was done, (basically if I do not mind them violating HIPPA laws? he told me to just go find a new doctor. This is why the staff is the way it is because the management does not care!!

I took my 6 week old baby due to possible RSV positive (since her sister was positive 3 days prior) they did not want to see my child! Ridiculous they wanted me to come back the next day because she needed a new patient visit! RSV is not joke and for them to turn me away it’s ridiculous! Stay away!!!!

I've never had any issues with this place as far as their services go. My complaint is the constant calls every week trying to set up an appointment after I've told them time and time again to please stop calling, that I will call when I am ready to make an appointment.

Everybody was kind and it was fast, but the only thing I did not like was that both the NP and the Doctor did a physical exam, so my toddle has to go through the same stress and crying experience twice. But overall was a good experience. Thanks

My child has been a patient here for 3yrs and we will not be returning. The nurses are extremely rough & inconsiderate w children. Snatching them around, being rude to parents, and making children extremely uncomfortable with their procedures and tests. They hire nurses that have obvious vision problems who can’t see where to put bandaids, nurses who don’t know how to administer shots correctly, and nurses who are just flat out rough/man handling children. Not to mention they have patients waiting in a room for over an hour before being seen. I have been calling for an update of my child’s autism spectrum evaluation since MARCH and have not heard back from them but they call me almost every other month to harrass me about a payment from my insurance. I’ve given them plenty of chances and even considered staying because my daughter likes Dr. Punya Narain but after many chances, the constant rotation of different doctors that see my child with NO knowledge of her history and them obviously ignoring me about my child’s autism evaluation, we will not be returning. This clinic should be investigated and shut down. They’re money hungry and only care about getting paid, they do not care about children’s health at all. GOODBYE ABC.
