Called last week to get maintenance on fire extinguishers.
The employee who answered the phone kept cutting me off mid question so I had to continue repeating myself. Asked for pricing and if I could bring the extinguishers in to their location and she said they were not in the office. They only service by appointment.
So I asked if we could schedule me in. She said the earliest was today, 11a-11:30a. I agreed and she went on to price me higher, when asked why, she mentioned they have a different rate for driving out to the location of business. So they do actually service the extinguishers at their location, she just didn't want to be bothered with me coming to her.
I left it as is, scheduled for today, and no one showed up.
When I called to get an ETA an hour after they were supposed to show up, the lady forgot about my appointment and said she could make it in a bit. I asked why make appointments then if it will be forgotten. First thing she said was, "Ok, so do you want to cancel?" I said yes, hoping to get a different date offered and she just hung up.
Please stay away from them!

I just spoke to a lady about the service and she literally wanted to hang up on me mid-sentence. She said " I already spent 5 minutes talking about the fire extinguisher with you". Yes, they're affordable, but have horrible customer service.
If she is the owner; I feel sorry for her clients, but if she is just an employee, she need to find another job where she does not have to talk to clients.

Terribly unprofessional place. I would suggest using a different company all together. My bar was serviced 6/6/19 and the inspector missed one of my extinguishers. No big deal, he'd left his cell number. I called him 15 mins after he'd left and he said he would be back the next day. He kept putting it off to the following week. After a month and a half I called the office directly. Receptionist even made a joke about how she was going to write it down on a sticky note, stick it on her monitor and make sure someone came out ASAP to finish our inspection. Once again, no one showed up. No one called to follow up. I called one last time and spoke with Peter, the owner and he offered to "buy me ice cream" as an apology. Incredibly condescending. I don't need to be placated and offered ice cream like a child. I just need you to provide the service you advertise. Finally got someone to come in today, that only took 2 months. The bar I run is one of 6 bars under the umbrella of our owners. I will make sure ABC Fire is not used again at any of our locations. And after 3 years of being a client I will definitely be finding someone else. Save yourself the stress and do the same.

The most unprofessional fire protection company I have ever work with. Waste time after time, because they do not know their tail from their head. Too busy for customer cancel inspection, not picking up permit when they suppose to. Way too busy for customers to ask repeat questions. DO NOT USE !!!!
