I rely on this pharmacy/DME for my daughter's rare metabolic disorder. These people are kind and helpful, they always go the extra mile. In a world where everything sucks and advocacy is a constant it helps to have this one less thing to worry about. Iris is the best and deserves a huge raise.

I have worked with APPEX for 4 years. I never had a problem with them, always on time but for some odd reason this past 2 years they have been lazy! There customer services HORRIBLE. They do not communicate, there attitude is " it not my job!" They need a new sense of better management. My son has been out of medicine 3 days now all because they no longer take my insurance! Then why did still send the product? Why didn't they call me and notify me? Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

I don't have a lot of choices when it comes to specialty pharmacies, so I am kind of stuck with these guys for now. If you have a choice though, I would not recommend picking them. I will say first, everyone is very nice at the pharmacy, they are very easy to talk to. However, the problem is they don't talk too often. Even when an issue comes up... and I have had a few... they just try to solve it on their own and no one communicates with me. Even after calling and being told someone will contact me or they would reach out, no one ever does. I am just kind of left in the dark until whatever happens, happens and then I have to call and try to get them to fix it. It is very frustrating and makes things more complicated than they need to be.

I am not one to give bad reviews. We had been dealing with AAPEX for years. Since my sons diagnosis close to 9years now!! Great customer service in the beginning. Luis was always the sweetest with us. No issues at all. He must've had someone pee in his cereal because these past couple of months he's avoided calls, and not returned calls back. My son relies on vitamins with his diagnosed condition. When i call him he tells me that the manufacturer discontinued the one vitamin that was needed (he literally had just sent it the month before) and then he proceeds to tell me that it isn't HIS job to return my call to tell me he can't fill a prescription. But he has ZERO issues to call me when the insurance doesn’t cover a medicine to get that money. Basically he wants to me to call and call and tire myself out and forget about my son needing these vitamins to continue to thrive. He then proceeds to try and talk to me like I’m slow. He avoided my calls for a week because it wasn’t his job to simply answer my call and tell me that he couldn’t fill the needed prescription. Only answered when i told the receptionist i was gonna make my way to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription After many years of being with them i will request from my doctor to transfer to another pharmacy. Worst experience ever with hun. And it’s very surprising because he was always outstanding at getting my son his needed vitamins or medicines.If you ever deal with them or Luis...good luck!

Listen, 3 stars??! I have no idea why only 3 stars! It's 5 stars for us! Mr. Jamal and his staff have always been exceptional in every aspect of quality service to their customer, my daughter, Reigan! We have been a customer of theirs for more than a decade and can't imagine going or using anyone else! Above and beyond is the type of service they provide and we are grateful! Blessings!!
